Logan in service is outstanding. I was put in an impossible situation by a local mechanic. Logan went far beyond the norm to help me and get me to the end result of a repaired vehicle for my daughter despite me being nearly two hours away. Your company should be proud to have him as an employee. I thought customer service was long dead and gone but Logan gave me hope ! Please extend my gratitude to Logan and the owner of your dealership. He alone has made me commit to purchasing my next vehicle from your dealership despite being two hours away. If my purchase experience is half as easy and painless as dealing with Logan I ll be well ahead of the other dealerships in the state. Thank you 100 times over Logan !!!

Over the past 20 years I have purchased 2 vehicles and leased 3 through Thayer. 4 of them at the Nissan location and 1 at the Honda. All experiences at both locations were great. Service department has always had exceptional service also Lillian and Kyle at the Nissan dealership were very knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a Nissan.

The people at Thayer Nissan are truly exceptional. This was my first time buying a vehicle so I was super nervous, but Lillian and Donovan made the process so easy and enjoyable. After buying, it brings the tally to three trucks Lillian has sold my family over the years that we absolutely love and now we truly wouldn't go anywhere else but to her for a vehicle.

We called in September to make a service appointment for some minor repairs. On the phone, they gave us the date October 10th. There was no text or email follow-up. When we dropped off on October 10th, they said that we had missed our appointment. There was no phone call or attempt made to contact us between when we made the appointment and when we were told we had missed it. Then we were told we couldn't schedule again for a month and a half. Extremely unprofessional for a dealership service center.

I made an appointment here for vehicle maintenance after a terrifying experience with Yark Nissan in Toledo. I am so glad I did. They are so friendly and helpful here, and my vehicle was ready right when they said it would be. I am definitely planning on returning for more work to get done and will keep them in mind when I am ready to buy my next car!

I Bought a 2023 Nissan Rouge and I love it. Francis Ping was a pleasure to work with, and very helpful. He responded to all my calls and texts very quick and he got me all the information that I needed about the car I was interested in. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Nissan, and I will be back hopefully for my next car.

We had an EXCELLENT experience at Thayer Nissan when we purchased our used 2020 Nissan Rogue SL. A big part of that was due to the friendly and knowledgeable Jim Wills and Donovan Peoples. They were extremely nice and helpful in answering all of our questions.It was the best car buying experience we've had and will definitely use Thayer again for our next car purchase!

I am very pleased with my experience with Rob Farish and Thayer Nissan. We bought my wife a used 2020 Murano. Rob was very transparent with us on things about the vehicle, which is in great shape. He made the process so easy, which says something because we live out of state and negotiated the deal in advance of our visit there. He was respectful of our time. The finance guy was great too. He presented options but was not pushy. The price on the vehicle was very competitive and it was well worth our driving 3.5 hours one-way to the dealer for the car and experience we wanted. Thank you Rob and Thayer Nissan!

I had the absolutely BEST experience at the Thayer Nissan. If I could, I would have given 10 stars. Francis Ping goes above and beyond to provide the GREATEST experience in a car shopping process. He assessed our budget and worked with his finance manager Donovan to get us the best deal. The whole process was smooth, and we left the dealership the past Saturday with a brand new 2023 SV Premium Rogue.With the market so unstable, high interest rates and low inventory, I was looking for mid 400s monthly payments. I went to different dealerships, and I was treated like garbage. Maybe because I was with my work uniform, and other sales agents assumed that I could not afford a car, or just because there was no interest on making a new sale (I even heard that dealers don't make any money on leases, so it was not interesting for them). I am writing this to show you that a great customer service makes a HUGE impact. Please go and check them out, and if you can, talk to Francis, he is AWESOME!

Was awesome! Francis Ping was a pleasure to work with. We live an hour and a half away, he helped get all paperwork in order over the phone. He always responded almost immediately when something was asked. He also kept us up to date on every movement of our car that we ordered. Would definitely come back!

Came to Thayer Nissan looking for a cheap manual car. Paid for a hold and in about 2 months got word of car coming in. Was on vacation at that time, they held it for me for an extra week until I could return and test drive. Then held it again until the coming weekend to get funds and insurance around. Francis did a great job staying in contact with me the entire time. Can't be happier with the entire process. Thanks to everyone involved!

SERVICE Of VEHICLE. I took my car in to get the oil changed and to check my transmission. So, the counter service guy took my car for a test drive said he didn't see or hear anything wrong with the operation of my transmission. So of course, I am sure nothing else was even checked with the transmission that day. You know why I am probably right. I paid good money for an oil change and of course filters changed for a total of around 160.00 and fact that they didn't even bother to fill up my windshield fluid (that I know of which was obvious). So, I doubt if anything else was topped off either, that's just what I noticed being a 67-year-old female who doesn't service her own car that is why I take it to so called professionals (who don't do it either! I checked my tires when I took it in, and the air pressure was all over the board. Well guess what... still all over the board. Do you think that these guys could even correct that for me. Nope! I asked the guy with your oil change do you check and fill different fluids? Yes, we sure do and will. I even told the guy I don't want to worry about any of it because of my age and winter season being here. Yeah, right that is why a few days later I went to use my wipers and I have no fluid.... and nope that's not done. Incredible you take your car into these professionals and get half butted work done for the price that things cost these days you would think that you would at least get good service. Unreal, so totally discussed. So, I call back and ask to speak to the service manager to pass along my information and I asked for the service manager (IN A MEETING!) I asked for him to call me back. The service attendant guy (kind of a smarty pants guy) he acted like he had all the answers and knew everything about everything. He did tell me to bring my car back in so they could redo it. I said I explain to you the first time I was there I drove a lot of miles to get there to begin with and with my age and health did not want to be messing around with this stuff. I was assured everything would be good. I have no idea what they even did to be honest with you. They said by changing one of the two filters changed should help me get better gas mileage. Well that certainly wasn't true because I am getting worse gas mileage then I was, so what actually got done or what did they really do? Who knows. To date more than a month plus later no service manager call from THAYER NISSAN. I want my money back and no I will never take my car back there because who knows, pay good money for nothing. Very discussed and the total truth of the situation! Where do you go these days for competence, good service...people and companies that you can trust, such a shame? Beware!
