This UPS store is phenomenal particularly due to Zak! I recently had a shipping issue that could have been disastrous but they really took extra efforts to ensure I was reassured, assisted, and that the issue was resolved expeditiously. Thank you Zak! Went to the store to make a Amazon drop off. Didn't have the necessary things needed. James went above and beyond to ensure I was able to complete my transaction without a hitch! James is the absolute best! THANK YOU JAMES!

I dropped an Amazon return there this past year. My item never made it back to Amazon and I never got my refund. Wasn't worth my time to follow up or dispute, hope whomever swiped my return enjoyed their broken electronic.

UPS is a complete joke. The driver tries to deliver my package THREE times and I’m not home. I ask him if I can pick it up at the UPS location, and he tells me I can. So I call UPS the next day to confirm, and they tell me the package is being shipped back to the sender. Now I’m not getting it until AFTER Christmas. This is ridiculous. How do you go from telling me I can pick it up to shipping it back? UPS clearly has no idea what they’re doing. Total waste of time and effort.

The owners were very helpful! Went in to get some fliers printed. The store kept busy while she worked but she continued to help everyone multitasking efficiently! The print color and paper quality were great.
