I bought tires at Walmart and they couldn’t figure out how to lift my F250 to replace them. Of course it was a Sunday afternoon and nobody but Tuffy was open that could mount them for me. Corey was able to get me in right away and replace them. Great service and got me out of a pinch.

Reviews are ruined by giving a discount for 5 star reviews. Overpriced. $800 for a single hub replacement that 2 other shops say is not needed lol. If you’re a college kid with no mechanical skills and a big wallet this is your place.

Being a strong independent woman has its limitations. I was changing headlights and long story short , I dropped a chisel ( note Tuffy informed me they change bulbs and don’t use chisels ) so I had a chisel sitting on my heat shield which isn’t great… I didn’t have the tool or strength I needed to get the shield off but I really wanted it out. They were not my first call and other shops wanted me to wait a week or two but when I called Tuffy they understood I felt a little apprehensive about the safety of my kiddo in the car so they told me I could come in now! They reassured me that I wasn’t as stupid as I felt and had the chisel out before my 4 year old could finish unpacking her toys in the waiting room! Willie was able to get it out in seconds once the car was up! They were so wonderful to interact with. They were not my first call this time, but they will be next time ! Very compassionate humans that were very informative without being condescending or giving me an absurdly high quote ( which is my usual experience as a female). Highly recommend! They also help with tires but don’t have them in stock! Plugged my hole from a nail super quick! Always very fast
