Helpful, friendly staff! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I had my children with me and the employees working were all so happy and outgoing. I was assisted with everything I was looking for, we are from out of town and weren’t familiar with the store. Very pleasant experience!

Pharmacy hours are less than 7 hours a day Monday through Friday and they are not open on weekends so if you need medication I sure wouldn't go there

Bowling Green has 3+ Pharmacies, tis isn't the one to use. Cooperate no longer wants this location to be a Pharmacy. That is all I can guess from the hours and staffing. Closed Saturday and Sunday, open around five hours on week days with a closure in the middle. Frequently out of common medications and they don't ask if you want a partial refill and in some cases they void out the remaining missing medications and you are left with a partial month supply. Even if the partial refill is possible it may not be able to be picked up until after the original amount is depleted. I have received multiple spam calls about joining an auto refill program that doesn't take into consideration this store being open 5 days a week. I have to refill manually so that I don't run out because I have to take the 25 hours a week they are open into consideration when refilling. The staff are friendly and clearly trying, this isn't their fault. They are obviously understaffed and worked thin. I transferred all my prescriptions to a different company. Cooperate; either pay your people enough that you can staff properly or close. You are causing people to run out of medications.

Scheduled to have a covid test done. Got a confirmation email. I drive 30 minutes to get here just to be told that I cannot have the test done because their appointment system is down. You are literally putting peoples lives at risk because you won't give out tests.

Why have appointments for vaccines when you still wait over 30 minutes after your scheduled time. Stupid. Appointments mean a definite time.

Walgreens boasts about doing passport photos etc. DON’T USE THEM!! - Your passport will be rejected and cause further delays! - the employees at this store are not trained properly.- Very angry at additional travel delays due to this stores incompetence!

The Pharmacy here is amazing. The pharmacists and techs always go above and beyond to help. They've taken extra time to find savings for expensive prescriptions, and have even called around to other pharmacies in town to find our family a prescription they were out of that we needed ASAP. They always continue to have exceptional service.

It's absolutely rediculous that they ask you for ID for purchases especially when you are 73 yrs old. May start going to different pharmacy
