I have been dealing with Floras for over 20 years. Will go no where else to buy a mower. They will fit you with what you want, prices have always been better than other places. The service is outstanding and the employees are great and very friendly. Very clean place to go.Been in a pinch a few times and they have been very accommodating. They go above and beyond any expectations I have had. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. They service my mowers every year,come back like new.

Great people to work with. There are many mower/small engine shops closer to my home, but it’s worth the drive to Flora’s. They service my mower every year and it comes back looking brand new. Just purchased a new Exmark mower and was pleased with the price, knowledgeable staff and selection of mowers they had available. Try them out and you won’t be disappointed.

We thought the days of excellent sales , service and parts at one dealership was over. But that's just not the case here at Flora's Small engine. We just bought two new exmark lazer z e series mowers and was given top Dollar on our trade-ins. We also bought some accessories which some was delivered right to our house by Gabe Flora himself. We had a small warranty issue that they had fixed in less than 2 days leaving us no down time. If anybody out there is looking for excellent sales, service and parts then call Flora's Small engine in Bradford Ohio. Thanks Gabe for the ice cream scooper and the coffee cup!

Five weeks for an oil change and blade sharpening, cost was about $100 more than originally quoted, they gave my dad the wrong lawn mower (luckily he caught it), and when we went to mow there was a ton of black smoke and the blades wouldn't spin. They messed up a belt. Wouldn't you try to run the machine after working on it? Thank God for daddy. Maybe Floras was just having a bad day when trying to do my mower, but I'm really frustrated with them. It worked better before bringing it in.

Great dealer. They offer good service at reasonable prices. They also can help you get out of a pinch if your equipment is down unexpectedly. They only work on what they sell though (Toro, Stihl, Exmark, etc)
