Bradner Preserve is a fairly new and very nice park in Wood County, Ohio. It is the largest of the Wood County Park District properties. The preserve features various natural areas including a mature woodlot, sand dunes, grasslands, and remnant prairie. There are over two miles of trails throughout, including a boardwalk and grass trails, with the system still being worked on and possibly expanding. It offers a beautiful, peaceful, and spacious atmosphere with plenty of active critters. Visitors enjoy it for walks, hiking, and with dogs. There is a small pavilion, a very nice park shelter for renting, covered areas, and plenty of parking. The Nature Center has a meeting room and bathrooms, while a separate playground and clean restrooms are also available. It is a beautiful area best in springtime when flowers are blooming.
A family member rented the shelter house for a graduation party. The park and shelter house were very clean and in good shape. Has a fairly large parking lot near the entrance as well as a smaller parking lot within the park. The walking paths we're clear and well maintained.

Neat place, I stopped in while at work for a quiet place to do some paperwork. Walked inside to use the bathroom, it was clean and neat. Place for kids to play and everything.
