Pretty nice facility. Well kept. Can get busy. Rental prices are reasonable. Private training lessons are available for a price.*UPDATE* Post Covid-19 there is no more walk-in coin/token service. You must use their online scheduler and purchase a time slot in 15 min increments. *2023* Still swinging away!

Excellent no-frills batting cage. Reserved a spot online. My son was able to hit uninterrupted for an hour.

If you own a business in the year 2020 either answer the phone have an answering machine or have the number go to a cell phone so someone can actually set up a time to use the facility must be rich no need for revenue !

This place is great! The staff is very friendly! The online booking system is super easy to use. The bathrooms are always clean. The vending machine was empty this time which was a bummer, but they were busy.

Used to come here all the time but the new mandatory rental model sucks. Time to find a new place.Note to management: every curveball from the 80 machine hits the metal bottom crossbar and bounces back through the Rh batters box. Might want to adjust something there.

Nice cages. Star sports in front of them also has an awesome selection of Brecksville-Broadview Heights bees gear. Check them out

Switched from coin operated to reserve rental only, and shortened their hours. Basically useless if you have a day job.

Really liked comming here, but now they make you do cage rentals instead of buying tokens, which is way more expensive than it was with the tokens, I get it at first it was due to covid but it doesnt seem like there going back, a dollar a minute is insane. Ill go to Divots...

My softball team usually makes the trip down here every few weeks for softball batting practice in the 55 MPH cage. However, after today we will no longer be returning. The management at this batting cage is horrendous. The man who was running the cages at the time we were there was asking us to social distance by getting in our faces and physically pushing us apart. Afterwords, when we “weren’t socially distanced enough” instead of asking us to move he turned off our cage and refused to speak to us until we confronted him ourselves. I paid $40 for the cage for a whole hour and we had almost 10 minutes lost because he thought we weren’t distanced enough. I’m disgusted. Just because we are teenagers doesn’t mean he can treat us like children, he should use his words like an adult.

I went in and all the Bill changers and token machines are wrapped up. Apparently it is now, reserve and rent. It's $15 for 15 minutes. Old days of stopping in for a few hacks at about $5 for a handful of tokens are gone. This new system just don't work for me.
