Been calling for a while, they never answer the phone!

Set up activation at my apartment - working over the phone, customer service was fast and reasonable. Three stars only because the representatives were forced to work very hard to upsell me to things like cable/internet packages and other services I had not requested and were very persistent despite multiple refusals.
