Dr. Jee did my SMILE surgery 9/13/24 and the whole process here at Clear Choice Custom LASIK was amazing, first and foremost Dr Jee did an excellent job on my surgery, prior to going to the OR she advised that I may have to take an alternative route other than the surgery that I initially went in for due to the size of my eye however, she was able to successfully proceed with the initial plan! Additionally Clear Choice has a very welcoming staff as well as the environment, the waiting room gives off a chill vibe—they have treats and a great selection of drinks for patients and guest that are waiting to be seen, when they prep you for surgery they seat you in this massage chair to help you relax. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would do it all over again! They’re really quick, from surgery to post OP, they have an amazing team from the Docs to the front desk staff! They get you in and out while still providing great services! 10/10 I wish I would’ve done this sooner!

I got filler and Botox from Carolyn about two weeks ago, and I am feeling more confident and beautiful everyday! Besides that Carolyn has such a bright shining personality I can’t wait to go back to see her again. She made everything so simple and comfortable, I can’t recommend her enough!

Went here because my sister got her Lasik here and loved the staff - Truly every single one of them. Then I saw they offered other services i was interested in. Now, Carolyn on the other hand - she is one of my favorite appointments to attend. You walk in the building and her excitement not only to see me the first time I met her but ever since radiates in the building. She is so welcoming and truly cares about the clients she treats, I have never felt “dumb” for asking a question with her and she explains everything before treatments. I truly never want to go away from this company for eye care, aesthetics, light therapy and more because each and everyone one of them cares for the people that walk through their door. Thank you to all the staff for making everyone feel welcomed!

Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center is a phenomenal practice that provides a high quality customer experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was made to feel comfortable for the duration of my time there. My surgeon, Dr. Wiley, did a wonderful job of coaching me through my procedure and at no point did I experience any pain or discomfort. The staff that I interacted with were all very kind and helpful both before and after my procedure. I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone considering LASIK!

I had SMILE surgery a little over a week ago and it went very well! The staff did a great job making sure I was comfortable and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I was extremely nervous but I felt nothing during the procedure except a little pressure similar to if you were rubbing your eyes. Afterwards I had no pain or discomfort and could see some of the letters at 20/20 the next day. My vision has only gotten clearer since. I’m about as young as you can be to get laser eye surgery and really glad I did. Clear choice even found the records of my parents who got Lasik 20 years ago. Would definitely recommend them!

I would recommend Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center to anyone! I have had two procedures with them over the years, LASIK in 2014 and PRK in 2024. Great results both times! Coming from someone who has had horrible vision and wore contacts and glasses their whole life leading up to my first surgery. I went from a contact prescription of -5.75 and -6.00 to having 20/20 vision. I have really enjoyed the professionalism of the Doctors and the staff are fabulous as well and the most friendly people. Would recommend over and over to anyone who is considering LASIK or PRK!

As someone who put off the procedure for years longer than I should have, I can honestly say it’s been life changing. The professionals at Clear Choice were fantastic. My ophthalmologist, Dr. Koushik, was as caring as he was skillful. I had complete confidence in him after my initial consultation. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to improve their life through better vision!

I’m writing this 3 weeks after I had SMILE surgery. It is an amazing thing that they do here. I’m able to see clearly, much better than I ever did with my glasses. The whole procedure took about 2 minutes and was completely painless. I was definitely nervous about the whole thing but the staff and optometrist were incredibly reassuring. I 100% recommend having LASIK or SMILE done. Everyone here is very friendly and polite. Dr. Koushik preformed my SMILE surgery and was very thorough with his explanations and amazing throughout the procedure. Dr. Augustine was there for my 1 week check up and is incredibly friendly.
