“This is my first bespoke suit! I wanted something multi functional really nice that looks great feels great and can blend in with the dinner date the wedding or whatever the occasion since I work as a service technician I don’t get to dress up nice this works. I sent Davide an email explaining all this and we sent up an appointment, he was WONDERFUL to work with his customer service is top notch!! truly made feel welcomed his recommendations again top notch he took two hours of his time to just go over materials colors difference in custom and ready to wear it truly was one of my all time shopping experiences I will definitely go back to purchase a few more suits”
“Went to RH in Parma and was helped by Sam. She was very helpful and friendly. The prices are great compared to the stadium. There's so much to choose from at this location when it comes to Cleveland sports! I'd love to see more Cleveland Monsters swag but they at least did have some shirts and hats to support our local AHL squad!”
“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

Adam, the store manager, was able to help me with my American passport photos as well as my Canadian passport photos when CVS, AAA, UPS, and others told me it could not be done. He is such a kind person and so very helpful and made sure everything was done correctly. He takes so much pride in his store and the staff are extremely kind and helpful.
