Marisa and Jenna extended excellent customer service and meticulous alterations on a formal gown that I needed altered quickly. I will continue using them for all of my alterations. Their customer service and skill is unmatched!”

Not only did they move quickly to accommodate our timeline, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. The jackets look incredible: high quality, professional, and built to last. The addition of four perfectly placed Velcro sections for patches was exactly what we requested, and they executed it flawlessly.

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

And today, the items I purchased went on sale, so I was able to call back to get the sale price. When I called back, I’Dris was working and took care of the refund in less then five minutes!
