I have had excellent customer service in every way with the Brecksville branch! Everyone who works there is kind, friendly, professional and courteous! Someone is almost always available and eager to help answer questions or help you. If you call their branch number you will talk to a person there directly without any hassle with answering loops like Chase Bank does to their customers. They will give you immediate help with your issue and are very knowledgeable! Thank you Dollar Bank in Brecksville with nearly 20 years of great service in Brecksville! And I also appreciate the relatively new drive thru ATM and banking window!!!

This review is for Dollar Bank Corporate. (Home Equity) Loan 0500254149 After dealing with Mike in collections who was very nice my repayment plan was denied by Nicole Davidson. I had nearly died several years ago from pancreatitis. I have been a customer of Dollar Bank since the 1990s, in exchange for my dedication they refuse to waive even one late fee in the ridiculous amount of $87. I was also threatened with Foreclosure in the letter from Nicole in spite of a balance being less than $10,000. Dollar Bank in my opinion does that value loyalty and is only out to suck every last penny from its customers. I would never or recommend anyone else ever do business with this shady company.
