“I've been having mega problems with my Boost cellphone service. After giving them a couple (3?) months to get their s#@ together, I decided it was time to change. I didn't want to go to a cell phone store again because last time I walked into a cell phone store it was boost on Lorrain avenue and I feel I got suckered. I went there for help many times and the guy acted like he didn't care. So I walked into Walmart one day and I saw these cell phones for sale. The technician from OSL was very friendly. Dee what's her name. She explained everything to me and answered every question I had. She didn't pressure me into buying anything but she did show me the best value, how I can get more bang for my buck. They offer a couple of different carriers. Verizon and T-Mobile or the Walmart plan. Those are the only ones I talked about I don't know if they offer more plans. After going home and thinking about it for a few days, I bought a phone for my wife and myself. It was really easy to do and fast too! Faster than the cell phone store. The Dee lady is a real professional! I'm very happy with my cell phone. And I'm very happy with the service provided by Dee from OSL.”

“I know, it's a CVS and stores like this seem to be on every block, in every neighborhood along with your Rite-Aids and Walgreens, but the staff at this store are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. Even the CNP's that man the Minute Clinic are always patient, informative, and always willing to answer any questions you may have on your visit. Now that the Rite-Aid in our neighborhood is gone, and the customer service at the local Walgreens is shall I say severely lacking, this new CVS has become the go-to spot for all of our family needs.”

“Walmart in Macedonia...First I just want to say how disappointed i was to see an elderly gentleman outside struggling with the shopping carts. The last few times i have been there to shop,he was the only one out there pushing the carts.Meanwhile you have the younger people inside ,sitting on their butts at the self checkout line.Why dont you put the younger guys out there on the carts?Why couldn't you hire this man as a greeter?Such a shame.”

I can always get help finding something. It's not the biggest store - and if you are in a pinch for a 6 pack don't expect any micro-brews, their beer selection caters to the JCU kids!”
