“Jon at the Brecksville store was very helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciate his professionalism, including verifying with my boss that I had permission to use the account. I was impressed that since they didn't have the base of the product I requested, he gave me a superior product for the same price. That plus top quality products make the job much easier!”

“This review is in regards to Jacob at the PPG Paint Store in Brooklyn, OH. Jacob was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We were working on a frustrating project and the recommendations he gave us far exceeded our expectations. I hope these comments find their way back to that store manager. They are lucky to have an employee like Jacob. Finding great customer service like he provides is a rarity these days.”

“I have visited every SW store in the Cleveland area and this location is my favorite one. The store Manager Chris knows just as much as a any Master painter. And the rest of the staff is awesome as well. They are all very insightful and if they don't have a sure answer about an application, they will reach out to their corporate experts and call you back with the information you need. This store gets my Top Notch Approval ??.”

“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Sherwin Williams, and I must say, the experience was exceptional thanks to their store manager, Tristan. From the moment I walked in, Tristan greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of products and color options was impressive, and he was more than willing to offer personalized recommendations based on my project needs. Tristan went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I left with confidence in my purchase and will definitely return to this location for all my future painting needs. Thank you, Tristan, for making my experience outstanding!”
