Very unprofessional!!! Cant leave 0 so i left 1. Had appointments to speak with someone not once but twice. Unfortunately they were sick but never got a call from the bank to let us know they would not be there to see if we would like to still come in or reschedule. They would rather have us drive there waste gas,time and money and tell us. Their one manager then lied to us saying they don't call people yet the one we were to meet with says they should have called us and the higher ups said they are to call their customers when this happens to let their customers know. Dont wanna deal with a bank that has associates lie to you or waste your time. After 20 plus years Closed existing accounts immediately and took money and business elsewhere.

I had to complete a last minute wire transfer at 4:40 pm so I was frantic coming in here. I am not sure the woman’s name who helped me, but she was working the afternoon of 10/11/2022 and had brown hair. She was absolutely amazing and had great customer service. She was great and I just wanted that to be recognized!

I was there yesterday needed to speak with a banker (Andrea conlon), while she was on the phone with the 1800 person from US Bank supposed to be helping me with my problem they were discussing my problem saying that if people didn't rush and deposit checks they wouldn't be having a problem (speaking about my situation soooooo very rude)

Friendly staff, never had an issue. Never pressure me after I say "no" to the offers, if they make any. Have had many other US Banks be very pushy, not but not one.
