Pharmacist helped us out with obtaining a partial prescription at a critical time without a problem. She knew exactly what the issue was and instructed us on how to request the meds in a way that insurance would approve it. The pharmacy techs are professional and capable and unlike some stores, are familiar faces rather than a new face each time. Had a most unusual experience lately. Had stuck some cash in my pocket in a rush. While I was waiting on the customer in front of me at the pharmacy to finish checking out, I pulled my phone out of my pocket and you can guess what happened. The bill fell out of my pocket. I later retraced my steps after trying one location without success, I was going to give up. If you’ve never had to ask if someone had turned in some money that you dropped you have no idea how humiliating it can be. But the only reason I’m carrying cash in the first place is to try to minimize spending. And it works…if you can just not drop your money. I decided to try this Walgreens and count it as a loss if they said no. “Fruitless endeavor” is what I called it as I was headed there. Guess what? One of the techs had noticed it, had informed the manager and it had been put in the back office for safekeeping! Never in this day and age did I expect that. I am very thankful to the honest staff who work at this Walgreens. Just switched for insurance reasons a few months ago. My positive experiences far outweigh any negative ones and I will stick with them as long as my insurance will allow.

I just transferred all my prescriptions out of this place. Very poorly run and terrible service.

The pharmacy doesn’t fill your prescription until you are physically present there, even if it’s well past the time they say it’ll be ready. Major inconvenience

Pharmacy hours always changing very unreliable. Helping a family member get her meds while I work overtime hours just to pay her and my bills is very hard to do with ever changing hours sometimes not even opening at all on Sundays. Not to mention the long holds when calling in refills sometimes 20+ minutes. Also experienced an issue with a cashier on the store front. Credit system went down while I understand that that was out of her control but she was aware of it watched me wander the aisles picking out things I needed to buy. Waited until I was done waiting in her long line to notify me it was cash only witch I did not have cash and needed those items right then. I told her customers should know this before they waste their time like I did then she started to. Credit system going down is pretty bad enough some people cannot afford their meds and have to put them on credit. I’m not one to complain but this store is ridiculous. Also the sales floor is very messy.

The pharmacy keeps changing their hours. I am taking care of my elderly father and trying to balance a full time job with running his errands. Tonight I got to the pharmacy a little before 6 to find they had already closed when the posted closing time was 6. A few weeks ago they were closed all day on Saturday, and now they are closed on Sunday. I'm seriously considering having his prescriptions sent elsewhere.

I am new to the area and recently transferred my prescriptions to this location. With the switch, the manufacturer of the generic brand drug I take regularly changed. Though uncommon, receiving the generic from a different manufacturer changed my side effects to the medication. The pharmacist was understanding towards my situation, acknowledged my concerns and was able to order the medication from the generic manufacturer I am familiar with. What I thought was going to be a stressful, whole day ordeal took no more than 15 minutes of my day.

I realize it’s Christmas Eve and most people probably want to be home with their family, however if you are working and have direct customer contact you must put those feelings behind you and treat everyone with a smile and a positive attitude. If that is what you are looking for do NOT walk into this Walgreens today!

The tech working in the pharmacy is very unfriendly and treats customers like they are a bother. On my last visit, they wouldn’t accept my Good RX coupon. I went out to my car to call GoodRX to let them know and they straightened out the pharmacy for me.

I'm not the best with words, so I may not be able to say just how great the Pharmacy Staff is at this location. A few Pharmacist's and Pharmacy Tech's in particular have in my opinion gone above and beyond necessary customer to make sure mine and my son's needs were met with kindness and grace, even when our situation was difficult. Thank youfor your help.

I've have been going here for years. I really like the people here especially Barb. Not because the others aren't great it's just that I've known her for literally decades. She makes me feel like family.

By far the worst store and the manager Heidi who calls herself a manager no customer service nothing. Refuse my manufacture coupon try telling me that my coupon wasn't a legit coupon but I knowledge that it's a manufacture coupon and continue to explain that if she took my coupons that she wouldn't get paid I think she thinks everybody is as stupid as she is. Then the other sales person that tried to ring me out active like my coupon wouldn't ring up. Again mind you I just use that coupon the day before and it rang up perfectly fine.

Great place. Great pharmacist. They always help you. They always seem a little overworked, but they always get the job done.

Employees are nice but prices are typically higher than if you'd go to Target or Walmart for the same items.
