they could allow fountain pop refills with your own GOOD cup, or sell cups that you can buy that aren't worthless paper cups for those who enjoy their fountain pop.

This place is horrible. since the new foreigner took over he treats his employees that are dedicated and show up everyday like crap. The customer service from here has also gone downhill. If you live close don't bother to apply you would be better off at the Dollar General next door.
