“Service was great!! Driver (Josh) arrived less then half hour after I called and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Called for a tow but he was able to determine it was a battery issue and jumped the car to get it started rather than needing to tow. I recommend using them!”

“The driver who came and helped me, James, was extremely professional and reassuring. He truly helped me out when I was in a bad way with my vehicle, responding quickly, kindly, and knowledgeably. I would recommend Jae’s and James with confidence any time. I’ve been saved from a bad situation twice now by someone at Jae’s. This time, it was David. He was extremely kind and considerate, putting me at ease with his friendliness and professionalism. It’s rough getting into a situation where I need a tow, but I am so glad for the kindness of the people who’ve helped me through those times.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Wee Towing! Their communication was prompt from the very beginning, and the person I chatted with was so friendly and professional. They showed up quickly, handled everything with care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find service this reliable and efficient these days. If I ever need a tow again, Wee Towing will be the only company I call. Highly recommend!”

“I took my old beater to Wise Auto after the alternator went out. Andy is an excellent, detail oriented mechanic who has a high standard for the quality of parts that he uses. He was willing to take the time to give me a thorough overview of the repairs that were made, but also honest with me about the cost/benefits of putting more $$ into it to keep it on the road longer. And it's still running to this day! It is a small, family-owned operation so service completion can take some time if they are busy, but Andy and his wife, Sherry, would call to give me updates as diagnostics and repairs were being made.”

“If you need a tow please use this company! He answered when I called the first time and was very communicative. He said an hour, called when he was 20 minutes out and showed up promptly, in the rain I might add. He got my car lifted up on the bed of the truck and taken to the location as smooth as possible. He is beyond reasonable in price! Friendly, fast service and I will be recommending him to anyone who needs his services! If I ever need another tow, I will be calling him again!! Thank you so much again!”

“My experience with Long's Towing today was very pleasant and professional. When I called to request the car to be picked up and delivered to Ricart, the gentleman that answered was courteous, professional and the price quoted was less than I had anticipated. Then just now when the tow truck driver Mr. Jesse arrived, again I received great customer service from him. He called in advance to inform me that he was on his way and he was personable.”

“I read so many bad reviews i was preparing myself for a fight dealing with this company. But I talked to Mrs Shawna who handles the Cincinnati location she was super helpful and nice, very pleasant to talk to. My bf went to pick up my BMW and I believe the mans name was Steve he went and got my car he was very professional wiped the snow off my car and put my belongings back in there because the loan company thought I was broke and wasn't coming to get my shhht. WRONG! Glad to have my car back! Stealth Auto Recovery did not disappoint me. If they was rude to some of yall, yall probably was rude to them first these ppl just doing their jobs I had no issues getting my car back.”
