They will take your money and then a week later say you’re not approved. The customer service person that calls you can’t speak English and denies you because you can’t confirm a question because you can’t understand the broken English.

Absolutely loved this place! Everyone was super friendly, very nice staff. Corey and Howie really were the icing on top of the cake! They answered all my questions and were very nice!

My husband and I have had 2 separate purchases and experiences with the St Clairsville location. I would 100% recommend EVERYONE to check out this store, and buy from them if your looking for anything right now!! The store representatives are ALL friendly, helpful, they don't upsell you, they listen to your needs and help any way they can!! The delivery was FAST both times, and the staff are all extremely nice!!! Answered ALL questions, and was impressed with the professionalism at this store!! If they don't have it, they can get it!!! Fantastic service!!! Thank you!!!

Ordered a living room set off their website. It was very easy and their payments are very affordable. If u need furniture or electronics and you don't have the cash to pay for something out of pocket, go to Aaron's. They set up the furniture drop off date and time when I was available. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The customer base at Aaron's is great, good people. The franchise owners and district manager have a goal of getting each customer to ownership and will work with them during hard times. How do I know this? I proudly worked there and believe in this philosophy. I myself would always try not to keep a customer on hold to long which was my pet peave. I am proud to say that I believe in our products and the philosophy of Aaron's. Keep up the great work! Jeffrey
