Staff were nice aspecially Adam he is awesome. He handled the situation with professional and possitive attitude, and resolved issue. also the girl Jessica she was missing her break but her first preference was work. Keep it ip giys.

I went to our local store to pick up an outdoor side table. The employee that checked did not have any more in the back, but gave my husband and I the ok to take the floor model and the tag with the SKU # on it to the front and to let them know. We did just that. However, it turned into an embarrassing mess as another cashier had butted into checking out, insisting they had to check to see if we indeed did have permission. We told them several times that we did, and that the person they kept insisting they check with, was not the staff member we spoke to. Several embarrassing minutes later, we finally were able to check out and purchase the table. We shop there a lot, and I don't appreciate being made to feel like my husband and I were liars. I will order online or travel to another store before I return there again to shop.

Unorganized mess! An employee went in the back and looked for the table we wanted, unfortunately they didn't have anymore so she told us to take the floor model and the floor sticker. The lady at the other register butted in and thought we were taking it without "permission". After an unorganized mess they found the girl who gave it to me and gave me the "ok" to the floor model. I don't like being accused of lying, which is exactly what happened. Checking is one thing, what they put me through was embarrassing!
This was at the Bridgeport Ohio location.
