Although I’m not a Unified bank customer, I went into this bank to have something notorized and the Notory had left early for the day. So I went to the bank the following morning at a few minutes til 9:00 am and there were 3 employees that I could see. None of the 3 acknowledged that I was standing right there in front of them. 1 was busy with the drive thru but when the phone rang, she quickly ran to the phone and answered it on the 2nd ring, another employee was on the phone helping customer and the third was in an office, helping what appeared to be another (4th) employee. By 9:05 the employee who had been helping customer via phone, hung up asked the drive thru girl “who was next?” referring to the drive thru customers and was told to “get the lobby”. Only then at 9:06 was I asked “how can I help you?” So needing something notorized, I asked for the Notory and was told “she’ll be in at 9:15 or so”. My point is, 2 things, acknowledge your customers EVEN if you cannot get to them right away, acknowledge they are there and, can you have more than 1 Notory? I think all employees should be able to perform this task. So I go back into the bank and step up to the window where the Notory was and she asked if I was a bank customer and I said “I am not” and she shoved the paperwork back at me and said “nope can’t do it, it’s for bank customers only” and I asked”not even for a charge?” And she said “nope”. How professional is that??? I would NEVER EVER bank at UNIFIED BANK. And it’s only a block from my home!

I give them 5 stars! I have never had a problem with them! We've dealt with Beuna Gargala both in Colerain for a very long time and now in Bridgeport. If we had an issue, she would make sure it was taken care of. She is a good leader and example, we feel, to other employees. The employees we've had over the years have been courteous and prompt. Every once in awhile you may get someone in training and whatnot, but we've not had that experience often. I would recommend for sure.

I just spoke with the most rude lady I have had the misfortune of speaking with at the Bridgeport,Oh office. Not only was she condescending and unsympathetic to my concerns but her nasal type voice was piercing and annoying enough to make me wish I was deaf. I will be switching banks asap.

I stopped in the Bridgeport location today to get some information in regards to opening a certain kind of account. All of the women working there are very nice and outstanding. I dealt with the one Indian women and I’ll tell you what this location should be glad to have her. She went above and beyond to help me better understand which account works best for me. She really knows her stuff! I’ll be doing more business with this bank and I’m looking forward to it. Thanks for all of your help today ladies I seriously appreciate it, and thanks for making sure that my experience and treatment at your location was the best I have ever experienced at any bank!

I always have a bad experience when visiting Bridgeport. The tellers are always too busy eating instead of waiting on customers. I watched the one teller eat for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then when she did she seemed annoyed that she had to “do her job”. I’ll be avoiding this branch until they teach their staff customer service.

My company has dealt with Unified for quite a while (being from the area, we best know it as the former Citizens Bank), but my company is from out of the area. There are many banks to choose from in the area, however Joanne in the Bridgeport location is why we stay at Unified....hands down!!!!! She has the utmost in customer service and at times in my line of business the demands are spur of the moment, and sometimes complex, with Joanne it's done immediately and flawless and that is from a business side, but today I took a family member in to Unified to start their banking experience in life and of course we wanted Joanne to take care of us and that she did. He had many questions being new to all of this and she took her time with him and answered all his questions and you could just tell she was happy to help him again..............Joanne is why we stay at Unified!!!!!!! I recommend Joanne at Unified in Bridgeport if your looking for great customer service, hassle free banking and most of all a friendly face that is always happy to help you!!!!!!!!

Everyone has been nice. Get good assistance when I call and drive through tellers are always nice. My dog loves them as they always give her a treat. Inside is the same. Always friendly.

Would be no stars if it could. Who ever answered the phone and was extremely rude, and when I asked for a manager said “we don’t have one and hung up on me”. Manager didn’t seem to care when I called back- but was at least nicer than her employee. I have nothing but constant issues with this bank. Switching banks next week and can’t be happier.
