I traded in my old 2016 car and bought a used 2014 Chevy sonic ltz hatchback with 51,000 miles back on September 29th at the bridgeport Ohio car lot and a day and a half later my engine light is on and I find myself at my local autozone having them run a diagnostic test on it which popped up as a p0299 code for a turbo underboost code or other possibilities that could be faulty. I called Chuck Paul and he told me some excuse about the premium gas or something that it might “possibly” of caused to throw my engine light on and that autozones code reader was wrong because the kids there you can’t trust. Needless to say the following day after that phone call my engine light just randomly happens to go away which I still find quite odd after that phone call with chuck and my oblivious clueless self thinks nothing of it. Two days later the car is leaking some kind of fluid from under it and is in even worse condition with an oil pressure light blinking and going crazy. I now am without a car as it got taken to the Chevy dealer immediately and is sitting in the Chevy service shop waiting for the diagnostic test results and i work a full time job and am a single dad with a 3 year old daughter. I definitely would not recommend this scam of a place to anybody. I was clearly sold a car with an engine light that someone had to of clear off of my purchased car’s dashboard there at that dealer and they knew what they were selling to me and did not inform me about that and it is now my massive mess to deal with. I am in fact not innocent as I traded in a 2016 Jeep compass with 126,000 on it with a bad catalytic converter but I did inform the workers there about it and it still had the check engine light on. I also have a horrible credit score and am not doing the very best financially but I am trying my absolute hardest to get by in life. But honestly I should have seen the red flags if they were buying the Jeep with a horrible catalytic converter in the first place and I was told that it was going to be fixed but quite frankly after what I was just sold from their lot I honestly have no idea if that is even true in the first place about my traded in Jeep getting fixed. I would not recommend even my old car a silver 2016 gray Jeep compass that might recently go up for sale yet alone any other car from there to save anyone some massive problems or messes I hope this will change your mind. Good luck to anyone that buys from here. You guys in Bridgeport honestly need a massive lawsuit to be sued.

Although we had a ruff start,I wanted to thank Dan. Thank you for going above and beyond. I appreciate your efforts in making sure repairs were done and done right. You helped us even when you were on vacation! Which I am both impressed and thankful for.

Be careful they sell vehicles without titles and don’t tell you until you’ve had two different 45 day tags put on

These people lied straight to my face and sold me a car that broke down 2 weeks later after assuring me there were no issues. I have $9000 dollars in repairs on a $8000 2006 Honda Accord that I just purchased. Don't bother going to them with any issues because they do no care about you and will tell you you're on your own! They are liars and crooks, Stay away from them, you have been warned! Watch out for Dan, He's one of the worst.

I'm excited to drive the new vehicle I just purchased from here. Zeke did a wonderful job at handling our purchase today. He got us accepted quickly and explained every step of the process throughly and answered everything we asked. My husband and I really enjoyed the time we spent there. So far its perfect. I drove it for about 3 hours and have no complaints. My husband use to work in an automotive repair shop and I have yet to hear any negatives or complaints from him. I will try to follow up on here after we have had time to put some miles on it.

The guys at Ohio Motor group are awesome. They work hard to get a deal for you. They care about their customers. My mom and me just purchased our third car from them. If you are looking for a car to purchase, go see Chuck at Ohio Motor Group in Bridgeport, Ohio.
