Always have trucks available. I rented online, but didn't want to install an app on my phone to check in. Went inside to check in, they were very friendly. charged me for safe move coverage when i checked in at the location. when i made reservation online i put down that i did not want any coverage. when i checked out online the amount due did not include safe move coverage.

Incompetent staff … on each visit they seemed overwhelmed between the handful of UHaul customers visiting their furniture store … very unorganized … Overcharged me by almost $1200 versus what was quoted. I am in the process of contacting corporate and filing a dispute with my bank. Crooks that I’d never do business with again. I have used UHaul for every move and this was the worst experience I have had with a location and it wasn’t even close.
