They have delivered numerous packages to the wrong address in just the past few months. Ever since they moved our regular carrier Connie, to a different route, this is happening on a regular basis. What’s even worse is the postmaster even tried to blame Connie for one of the wrongfully delivered packages. When I called him out for blaming her, he said it was my fault for expecting the package to be delivered on the scheduled delivery date even though I paid for expedited delivery. With service like that, and supervisors like that, it’s no wonder people are turning away from using USPS.

The older gentleman is very rude never cares about anything my mail is only delivered twice a week which is fine but a heads up would have been nice !

I recently had to send out priority mail to some family members, and I was greeted with a warm smile, and fast service. The man was very helpful with assisting me with my task. Thank you very much.

I was mailing out about 20 envelopes that had to post marked in ohio.. I ask the if he could please post mark this here since our mail goes to Pittsburgh and these have to be stamped from the state you live in.. he ask me why and I told him it's for a sweepstakes and with a bit of an attitude he was like I'll just do it now and showed me the stamper..
