“Always a great place to do your banking needs. We have been with Huntington for years now and no problems at all. As a matter of fact they try to help you so much in different ways. Appreciate this bank. Plenty of parking in front of bank/side of bank huge parking lots, appts are easy to get into if you call and schedule. Hours opened are great if one works.”
“Not sure why this Chase bank received such low reviews. I have used their drive-through service and atm many times without any issues, and I have called their bank several times whereby they always been friendly, provided detailed information that helped my situations, and when they were very busy they have always called me back within a short time to see how they could help. The only thing I dont like about the Chase banking is the boolschit I went through to get my account opened. Since I'm paraplegic with epilepsy and cant drive to the bank to open a checking account, I was told it was simple to do it online and if that dont work I can come into the bank to get the account created. Thats BOOLSCHIT! Their system continuously said they cant create account for me and they refused to tell me whats the problem! They said nothing right there on the website page and they never sent any email to explain. I called back into the Wintersville Chase bank and was then told sorry but since you already tried online and the system rejected you, we cant try to open your account in person but will have to wait until you receive a letter through mail within 10 business days. So now I have to wait SUCH A LONG time just to know why they wouldnt create my account even after I provided all of the required and personal information”

“I had an outstanding experience at the U.S. Bank branch in Brilliant, Ohio. I drove from Virginia to handle a personal banking matter involving an insurance claim check endorsement, and the entire team made the trip completely worth it.
Before I arrived, the branch helped set up an appointment so everything could be handled properly. When I walked in, I was greeted right away and treated with professionalism, patience, and kindness from start to finish.
Erica, the branch manager, was extremely helpful and made sure my unique situation was handled correctly. Chris, the Client Relationship Consultant, was incredible. He helped me get set up with a savings account, assisted me with a credit card, and took the time to educate me on U.S. Bank’s services and banking options. Dorothy, who was in training, also helped with paperwork and was very professional, friendly, and attentive.
I was at the branch for about three hours, and they never made me feel rushed. They contacted the necessary departments, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure all three things I came in for were fully taken care of. Their customer service, communication, and attention to detail were excellent.
As a Virginia customer without a local U.S. Bank branch nearby, this experience made an even bigger impression on me. Erica, Chris, Dorothy, and the entire Brilliant, Ohio team made me feel comfortable, valued, and confident banking with U.S. Bank.
