Overpriced and service cant even get repairs correct, took 4 trys to just do a clutch in s quad. Tried to buy a new one there but they were 6,000$ more than other dealerships on same bike, and wouldn't match prices like they advertised. Stay away!!!

I purchased a Can-Am HD 10 defenderXMR from these guys. I was informed that my first service would be free of charge and that they would change all the fluids and adjust the valves. I dropped my side-by-side off for the first service and was informed it was not for free. It was going to be $600 and Change. When I went to pick it back up it was obvious it had not been greased. When I spoke with the Service Manager he laughed and told Me that it did not have Grease fittings. It has 18 freaking grease fittings. That’s when I started to get extremely frustrated because it has very many and they are very easy to see. When I inquired about the change of the air filter and the cost of it. I’ve asked to see the old air filter since I did not trust them after the grease fittings. Old air filter was nowhere to be found. I sucked it up. got home checked the oil and it was 3 inches above the max level and I did not screw it in. Do not do business with these people, when I called and informed them about the oil level. It was somehow all my fault and they did not care or try to make anything right as if I would actually bring it back to them again is just hysterical. Again, Do not do business with these people. They do not care about you or your machine. All they care about is your wallet and it shows.

I drive past here daily for my work commute and a guy with a MAN-BUN cut me off to turn into here. I blew the horn and he turned around in your parking lot and started tailgating me flipping me off and throwing things out the window like a child!
I started looking on my commute every day and see the same vehicle as man buns parked in xtremes lot so he must be an employee.
Not sure how the sales are at this run down place but its obvious who ever is in charge needs to start hiring/paying better.
I understand that your most likely upset that you cannot afford the products you sell but its not the publics fault that you picked a career at selling quad bikes.
The reviews for this place are terrible and having employees that cant control their temper is a recipe for legal issues! Do better!

Dropped my ATV off for service today. The guys were great to work with, listened to what I needed and asked (didn't push) about some recommended maintenance. They were very transparent about costs, etc. 5 out of 5.
Follow up; picked up today. Guys were very transparent about costs, calling me to get an OK before doing anything. Service and work was excellent. Highly recommended.

Called to get a price on a works edition and their price is not only higher than everybody else but when I went to tell them that they hung up on me. Wow.. some people shouldn’t be in customer service.
