It was a slow day and it was only myself and my fiance shopping. The manager FOLLOWED us then pretended to be in her cellphone while just watching us until I stared at her to see what she needed. Then she made an excuse that my purse was “too big” and they had too many thefts. My bag could barely fit everything I needed. It was an excuse to be racist (husband and I are foreign KSU students). I do not recommend coming here! Terrible experience.

First time shopping at the Kent store, was greeted by, sales associates, Arian. She was so pleasant and found the boots I was looking for! She ordered another pair of boots that were not in the store. Arian is awesome! This is my new goto store!

Found shoes I needed, price was good, and the staff were friendly.The lady in charge today was so helpfulI described to her exactly what I needed (sandals that had cushioning and arch support)and she knew her stock of shoes so well she immediately pulled out 5 different shoe styles that would meet my needs. Without her, I would have wandered the store wasting time locating them. As always, I was so glad that I had come to buy shoes where I could try them on and assess fit and comfort. You can't do that if you buy online. Plus, I like to patronize stores that are near me. I want to keep them in business, so they are there when I need them!
