Their shipment never got to us. We asked for a refund and were told to request the refund from the postal service. Last time I checked, I did not pay money to the postal service for your product - I paid YOU. This is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had with a business.

Just a warning to anyone thinking of signing on as a direct sales with this company. DO NOT DO IT. They entice you with their low monthly website fee and high commission rate. The product quality is low, my t-shirt got a hole in the seam the first time it was worn! The customer service for both customers and their "employees" is practically non-existent and when they do answer you, they usually cannot tell you much. My mother purchased from me and decided to pay using PayPal. The system glitched and it charged her, but never placed the actual order. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, they were able to place the order and said I would receive the commission. I checked back multiple times to ask after it and was told the same thing. It would come. It's been over a year and I never received that commission. They make you hold X amount of your commission in your dashboard account and will not release it to you unless you use it to buy their product. The monthly fee cannot be cancelled by them because the system they use will not allow it. So even if you contact them to cancel being a direct sales associate, it will continue to come out. You have to contact your bank and mark it as an unauthorized transaction to have it cancelled. If you decide to cancel your membership as a sales associate at any point in the month after your payment has gone through, they will cancel your website effective immediately and not refund any portion of the payment, it doesn't continue your website for the month you have paid for. Also, good luck receiving your direct deposit on time. It would never come when it was expected. The icing on the cake for my departure was how rude the owner of the company was to her "employees" out making her money. A simple question was asked in an online forum and she became extremely rude with the woman about it. She even went on a Facebook Live rant about it, it was very unprofessional. That was the day I deactivated all accounts associated with them. Overall, I only give this company a single star because it makes me. Run, don't walk, away from any Cinderella's Closet, Cinderella's Closet Originals, or CC Originals!

We ordered 4 shirts to have custom lettering on them we provided the shirts within 6 months the letters were peeling off the shirts.

Worked at there new location in downtown Warren for a couple of days , ended up having to quit due to my husband's work schedule so it wasn't the right fit right now. I have NOT been paid, it's been over a month since I have worked there . Looking like I'm calling the BBB !

Never purchased anything at Cinderella's Closet but I always find myself looking at all the wonderful items they have for sale! I'll probably do a bunch of Christmas shopping there soon!
