I'm a big fan of their customer service. Shipping is prompt and they did a very nice job replacing a shipment that got lost along the way. I love their fragrances and appreciate the quality. They get a "3" ONLY because some of their recent price hikes seem unreasonable and untenable. I've been forced to go to other companies for fragrance oils because of these prices.

Just got the order delivered. They charged 8.95 for shipping plus an extra 5.95 handling plus sales tax on shipping and handling. The fragrance I purchased is very unpleasant. So my 12.95 Ocean Breeze fragrance smells more like an armpit from hell. Buyer beware, I would not suggest this selker.

ALL of the already ridiculously overpriced fragrance oils just arrived over an ounce under-poured. I ordered 4oz of FO, not 3oz. WSP are now thieves and I will be reformulating all products with your oils. I've been a customer for over 10 years and you have now lost my business forever.

Insanely outrageously expensive fragrance oils, super slow processing & delivery and problems with every single order. Has anyone noticed the prices of the fragrance oils? Oh my goodness, are these people on drugs??? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Another problem I had with this company is their inconsistency in the amount of fragrance oil in the bottle. It fluctuates tremendously and always short of what was ordered. On many occasions I have ordered the same fragrance oils in their 16oz bottles and all the bottles would have a different amount of ounces and like I said missing many ounces most of the times. Interesting enough I have tried their competitors same fragrances oils for a fraction of price and they hold up stronger in Soap and in handmade products. Can anyone explains this to me? I'm done with these people. Needless to say I switched to their competitors and I couldn't be more pleased!! Orders ship the same day they're placed or the next day and it arrives within days with no issues, no missing items, no shorting of fragrance oils. I love Nature's Garden! BOOM!!

Poor shipping, service and products are consistently out of stock and backordered only to find out when you finally receive your order (which can take weeks). Lack of communication with customers when most of us are small business owners and need our products in a timely manner. I don't expect my orders to magically arrive overnight but dang... 3 months is an awfully long time to wait for a shipment they claim will only take 7-10 days processing. Oh, and if you think you are getting a deal on shipping... think again, there's a lot of product that is so overpriced when I can get quality product elsewhere cheeper even with shipping. It hasn't been the same since the original owner left and all their subsidiary businesses they've aquired have followed suit with all the same negative qualities. It's so disappointing that I have lost the desire to continue shopping with these companies due to WSP. I look elsewhere for most of my products now and ONLY order limited supplies when needed if I can plan in advance and I stress advance.

Great selection of items, but if you need something right away, this is not the place. It takes forever to get a shipment. My current order was placed on 10/16/2021 and it hasn't been shipped yet. Shipping times have gotten worse. I will be looking elsewhere for alot of my items.

If you need your supplies promptly, this is NOT the place to shop. WSP's turnaround time is absolutely ridiculous! It takes a minimum of 10 business days for my order to even ship. This is the case CONSTANTLY. If you need supplies for your own business like I do, you cannot possibly use this company to receive anything in a timely manner. If you are in a pinch with time and do not want to spend a ton of money for express shipping, please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Their "jump the line" option is a joke and still takes forever to get your products shipped. There are plenty of companies out there that can manage to get their orders shipped out within 3 or 4 days. That said, WSP has lovely products that are high quality. WSP has a wonderful selection. I used to be a regular customer. However now, sadly, I only order a couple of times a year- items that I will not need any time soon. AND forget about ordering anything this time of year. With the holidays coming, I will have to wait over a month to receive my order.

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years... I used to purchase all of my bulk supplies here for my business, NO MORE! I have slowly been migrating to other companies. Bulk jars and bottles? Can't get them here anymore due to processing times that are routinely 115 days or more. The new company I purchase from ships next day or within 3 days without fail at the same or lower prices. Fragrance oils? Nope. The price increase on these has been astronomical and the fragrance quality has only gone downhill. Crafters choice bases are pretty great and I'm still using a couple of them, but I'm actively looking to switch due to continued out of control price increases and quite literally the most horrific customer service ever. Lotion bases just increased in price by over 50% forcing me to make my largest purchase ever just to get the old price break and the company's handling of this bulk order as been scary. All WSP does is blame the manufacturer... except other companies don't seem to be having these issues, even in the thick of pandemic related shortages. This company has turned into a huge disappointment and that's putting it lightly. It truly makes me sad to leave this review, but the company won't listen to their customers and making any of these comments on their Facebook group just gets your post removed - they just don't want to hear it and no longer care. Again, I am truly saddened by what once was and could still be an outstanding company, but I just don't see it turning around...

I am a pre-buyer per covid as a matter of fact started ordering 3 years prior. I have always bragged about WSP NO more. Their shipping is ridiculously slow. It should not take two weeks to fill an order. I have already found another supplier so when I get this order that has been two weeks just sitting and only the angels in heaven know when I will get it, they will not hear from me EVER AGAIN.

I can't even give two stars and wished I read these reviews before I started ordering from them. I got around to finally unsubscribing to break up with them officially. The worst shipping and customer service and they don't seem to care. I called to check on an order and was told it would be delayed due to them being closed to check inventory. Huh?? And what's with the handling fee! I should pay for you to handle your business and send me my stuff?? On time??? NO MORE!

If I could leave this company a negative star review, I absolutely would. This company is run so horribly, that receiving updates on orders alone is near impossible. If you are a company dependent on reliable supply companies for your products... GO ELSEWHERE! THIS PLACES FULFILLMENT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE HAVE MADE! TURN AROUND AND GO ELSEWHERE! How this place is still in business is beyond me, but I wouldn't expect them to be around for too much longer.

Good fragrances but it take ages for them to get anything shipped out. Even when you pay to jump the line they take 7 days to ship?? I will duplicate the older oils we use with my fragrance house instead, it's getting a bit ridiculous.
