The taller woman working at the MTO counter this morning had the social skills of a toddler. She couldn't even be bothered to say the order numbers, just threw the bag on the counter and walked away. Whose is it?!?!?!? Honey, this is why you work at a gas station.

Both bathrooms were out of order and one of my kids bought a slushy and there were some lids for it. Not one staff member spoke to us and when we asked a question it was like we were bothering them.

20min wait while 6 people on the line talk and then told oh didn't realize you had a meal, you'll have to wait again on fries......no thank you that's just unacceptable

Gas station employees make up their own laws. ID’d me for a lighter - no ID required in OH - denied my married old self a lighter for no reason.
Of all the times, the old lady who works the register during the weekdays has been rude to me, This one takes the cake. She’s overcharged me, refused to add phone number, and been honestly, the meanest cashier giant eagle has ever hired. This is possibly my third or fourth complaint about her. At a certain point, you need to move her to a different position. Preferably, not anywhere near a customer.

Gas is always so cheap here. It's worth the extra trip to keep the tank full. The inside is frequently busy but if you dont mind self-checkout use that lane and you'll be in and out very quickly.

Some of the worst service and attitude from a cashier ive ever seen. Stay away from this location or pay at the pump, dont interact with employees.

Absolutely the worse service and attitudes of all locations. Employees are rude and old .....pick a struggle. Hey management how about you pay a decent wage to attrack actul workers

Despite the reviews I read here, my shopping experience here was pleasant enough. Check out was fast and the store was more spotless than any other fuel station I have ever been in. I always come here on my way to Akron from the Cleveland area and it does not disappoint.
