They gave my grandson a great haircut. Sad to say mine was not so good. The front looks good. She never showed me the back. When I got home and looked at the back. It was chopped. I am sad. Make sure you know what style you want before you go in.

On 2/22/24 around 12:00pm ish. I went in to great clips in broadview to just get a trim to cut my dead ends off. And this was the aftermath.. not only did they freaking butcher my head but that lady who did my hair who I can’t remember their name grabbed my hair so hard. I wanted to cry. She was very rough and didn’t ask me anything important other than god and if I use leave in conditioner. The cut took no more than like 3 minutes top. She didn’t follow up with me or even offer me the mirror to see if I like the cut.I had to ask for the mirror I tried to be nice but this is just god awful. Some people shouldn’t be in the field if they can’t even do a simple trim. Now I’m gonna spend more money to get it freaking right. I’m beyond disappointed and the fact this happened was a waste. I will be going elsewhere. UPDATE I was contacted by great clips a few days after the cut took place and they told me that the lady who cut my hair was no longer working there and for me that’s a plus because I mean look at the picture. But we were able to work something out. So thank you.

Absolutely horrible! Please go somewhere else. One lady was very sweet but I sadly got my hair cut by the rude lady. I have a special event coming up and I was hoping to look good... I had to go home and have my brother who never cut hair before fix it. And he did which is very sad.

Lucky to even get one star. The lady was very rude and barely cut my hair. It seems like it was the first time she cut hair. Before she started the hair cut she said she wanted to lock the door. She tried telling me i described the haircut wrong. I told her I wanted the sides and top trimmed and she began trimming the back. DO NOT go here you will waste money. I don't cry but I think I might now. UPDATE: girlfriend just left me.

They complain about their customers, and then cant even cut hair even. My hair is 2 different lengths on the sides, and its very noticeable. Had to go home and fix it myself.

Took my ten year old grandson into the Broadview Hts, Ohio Great Clips j( as usual) just for his bangs to be blended. It looks like they put a bowl on his head. What a mess! This took her all of two minutes!! This is one place that you might have one good stylist but Not All of them can cut hair. Now we have to find another place to get this fixed. They never give a receipt when paying cash either. Debbie Frick

Hair stylist/Barber had me facing away from mirror, didn’t complete my haircut fully, did not speak with me nor confirm my haircut although mentioning how I want it, overall disappointed. Won’t be coming to this specific location again. I thought the reviews could be wrong or maybe dated but they are true. Beware of this place.
