Just had to get a second unit there. Terri the property manager is the sweetest person to work with. She has gone above and beyond to help renters get settled in and is always available for help whenever needed. Highly recommend !!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, Terry Cline can be very rude in tone with you, I moved in to a storage unit with a leaking roof and reported it, it has been 12 months and there is always standing water in my unit and on my items, there is something growing on my containers and other items inside the water that can't be healthy. my rent went from 55$ to 101$ and my items are also infested and water damaged due to the property's neglect to maintain their facilities, they also force you to buy a lock and if you don't want it you have to take it down to the main office to return it for your 20$.
Extremely angry, and disappointing. Being homeless and trusting this company to do simple maintenance to protect your stuff is crazy 🤪

I had the pleasure of securing my storage unit from, Terry, and she was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I always felt safe coming to my storage unit as it is in a great area! The facility was very clean and so are the grounds. I will always rent a storage unit at the Broadview Hts Public Storage when needed. Plus, the price was unbeatable and no walking up and down steps, all ground floor level. Thank you, Debbie Frick
