Derek has given me the best haircut I ever got in my life! Derek is hands-down the best barber I’ve ever been to. I went in for a trim and specifically asked Abby to take off just one inch because I was planning to get my hair permed soon. Unfortunately, she took off around three inches, way more than I asked for, and now I can’t even get the perm I wanted. I was really clear about what I needed, but it feels like she didn’t listen at all.
This experience was incredibly frustrating. It’s not just a bad haircut, it completely ruined the hair plans I had. I won’t be returning, and I hope this feedback helps Abby take more care in listening to future clients.

I requested a John bernthal punisher haircut. My stylist did exactly as I had requested. I also got the mvp and she did a great job on the back and shoulder massage haven't heard my body Crack like it did after in so long. I would recommend going to here again any time

Chasey cut my son's hair today. Gave him the worst haircut of his life. It's way too short and uneven. My husband said he was unable to stand next to them while our son got the haircut due to the layout of the store so he was unable to intervene. I'm not a stylist and I cut his hair in 2020 when the salons were closed and I did a better job than her. We are so upset.

Signed in online, was told wait time was 31 minutes, waited over an hour and then one of the 2 girls went home for the day, putting me further down the wait list. I had to cancel my “first available” appointment because I had to leave. Really disappointed in the service here, it would have been nice if someone would have informed me this may happen, instead no one even looked up when I walked in.(8/28/23) 4-5pm. Good luck at this place.

The location was immediately my favorite because Cassidy started cutting my hair there and did an impeccable job as well. My schedule didn't allow me to get her appointments everytime which is when I met Mia.Mia is such a great stylist! She has so much attention to detail. She's literally given me a better fade than I've ever gotten from the barbershops, and im very picky on my hair. She also lined my beard up today and I never let anyonr touch it and it was absolutely flawless. She's very knowledgeable and will also listen to your requests and make your dream haircut a reality to the best of her ability (she's not God and can't fix your genetics).All in all I'm fairly certain that all the stylists here are well trained and versatile to overcome any challenges you put in front of them.Thank you so much for all that you do!
