do not recommend this store. long term t-mobile customer. went there today around 5:15pm. closed! lights all on, on the door it says 10a-8p. called twice, no one answering. ran some errands and came back. door still locked but someone walked up, opened the door halfway and said "you have 9 minutes", nothing else. walked away.

T-MOBILE has started getting to big and beginning to not care about the customers that have been there from the start of there company.Don't try calling for a simple question after 6pm enless you have hours to wait on hold.For when TMOBILE makes from the millions of customers, they can afford a few more employees to answer phones, just one of the reasons there beginning to show the customers Don't matter

I went twice to try and add a 3rd line. Each time, the rep had no clue how to add the 3rd line. I called their corporate office and had the 3rd line added from the tmobile parking lot without difficulty. They really need to hire folks who know what they’re doing.

Daniel was awesome, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Brittany was very rude and short with my mom, and on Mother’s Day too! Giving two stars because she really upset my mom. Daniel is the only reason I gave two, he was helpful and nice. My mom was trying to get a replacement for her screen protector like she has done before, and Brittany said no to that. Her tone came off really condescending. Would honestly rather drive to another city’s T-Mobile than deal with her attitude

Took my mom to get a new phone. Nice clean store. Employees were very polite and efficient. Got all our questions answered. Got great service with little wait time.

I first went into a T-Mobile store elswhere. I was so put off by the representative it was making me believe they were a terrible company. I chose to go to another store. WOW!!! Eddie was so helpful. He was understanding, told me what I had to do now, never said anything bad about anyone and instructed me in what I had to do to go from Sprint to T-Mobile. I cannot begin to exclaim how wonderful Eddie is as he had to help me again. I am such a grateful customer I have to say I am really reluctant to spread the fantastic news that Eddie is so spectacular for fear of him being promoted. But, when you receive such stellar customer service, you can only hope great things happen to great people!!! Thank you Eddie!!!! (My entire life has been in customer service)
