We find this location very dependable and prefer it over the closer NORO one. I like that the have self service largehopper bin in the lobby for after hours parcel drop off. Been going here for years never had any problems. 5 stars!!!

Tracking shows still at Broadview hts post office after dropping off 5 days ago. Called the branch, they insist it is not at the branch. The girl just kept repeating that it is not there, yet tracking shows it is. USPS is just slow and unreliable. Bad customer service and just an unreliable shipping service. Will use Fedex, UPS exclusively going forward. Unfortunately not the 1st time USPS has lost or misplaced my package.

Multiple times I've mailed things at this location that were lost. Most recently it was an important trust document related to my fathers estate. I paid for certified mail. After 2 weeks the tracking showed it never made it out of Cuyahoga county. I had to redo all the papers. I complained and they said "for important things you should use Priority Express" (which costs $28 per letter). We've also had mail delivered to our house with post marks from 6 months prior. If this was a private company they would be out of business. I now use FedEx for anything of value. They've been fantastic.

I mailed a letter inside the local USPS building on July 11, 2023. I just found out the intended party never received said letter. I tried calling my local USPS to find out where it is and no one answered. I then called the 1-800 number and wasn’t given an option to speak with anyone despite saying customer service or representative. What absolutely horrible customer service. It’s no wonder people send correspondence online whenever possible. Shame on you!

Not only did they deliver my midterm election ballot (which was sent to me October 2022) in FEBRUARY 2023, the carrier for my building spent one summer quibbling about "mailbox safety" and then leaving our mail *on top of the mailboxes*. As for packages, I have had one that was sent to the BHPO and they sent it off to North Royalton PO; when that post office returned it to BHPO, the BHPO then sent it to the Cleveland PO! In fact, the BHPO had the package in their possession no less than THREE times and did not have the ability to ACTUALLY DELIVER IT TO MY RESIDENCE.Worst post office ever, no doubt.

It's been over 2 years since there has been fraud on local customers yet there are no safeguards in place. The blue boxes are still being stolen from as well as mail going through the actual office. Please DO SOMETHING!

We have been waiting for a certified letter. It finally came and and the mail person put a notification in our mailbox that said we weren't home. That was not true we were home they just didn't bother. The postal service in Broadview heights is the worst.There are days when we don't get delivery until 7:00 pm. Prices go up and service gets worse!

Broadview Heights is the worst post office. If a package doesn't fit in the mail box then they lie and say they could not deliver it because they had no access or the customer requested the post office hold it for pick up.

Been living at my apartment for a year now but randomly decided to mark my mailbox as vacant and returned my important packages immediately no chance to even pick it up or verify my address

I love that there is a self service kiosk! Closest one to me! However, it takes days for my package to “be on the way”. I sell things online for a second source of income and I drop off when I can. It’s convenient. However my packages are taking DAYS to get scanned or sent on their way. There are “times” on the drop off box to say when it gets checked, but either someone is not checking or they just don’t care. I feel like they are just sitting in that box until they want to check it.Edit and update : it’s a Tuesday evening. I go to use self service again. It’s locked because it’s full to brim! This is the second Tuesday I’ve tried to drop off things and it’s been full! Please check the drop off self service box! Things take forever to get to get scanned if at all! And clearly sit there for days! Waste of gas and now I have to go 20 minutes out of my way during week to drop off packages. Other post offices get my packages canned in a timely manner and usually never full except on weekends!
