There is an abundance, maybe overabundance, of stores with a pharmacy in my Broadview/Brecksville neighborhood. I frequent several of them, but I have noticed that this Rite-Aid store near me has noticeably improved its product arrangement. Also, the store is neater and the aisles clear of clutter and unstacked merchandise. I inquired of the young lady at check out if management changed, and indeed it had. I approached the new manager and commended him on the overall appearance of the store. I have had several prescriptions filled here with no problems. Recently, the pharmacist gave me advice on how to lower the cost for one of my mandatory medications since I am in the infamous insurance "doughnut hole".

If they say your prescription wasn't called in be sure they checked their messages even if the store has been open for hours.

Was asked to write this review for a friend who had a very bad experience with the pharmacist being rude. They have chosen to no longer do business with them.

Man I wonder how this place is still in business!! Everything is like $2 more expensive than any other store. Cashiers are also pretty rude and clueless.

Why is it that you sell drugs and your store is FILTHY. Outside and Inside. I dropped some change on the floor at check outs and literally the dirt was 1/4" thick. Why haven't you cleaned the leaves, sticks from the side of the building? Why is the floor filthy.......
