I rented a couch and TV from this location. Paid my bill on time. I went online this month and deleted the card that was on there for payment because I got another bank account elsewhere and would be using that card but wanted to speak to them and let them know my hours at work were cut and I would be late with my payment and that I would pay it on the coming Wednesday when i get my paycheck and give them the new card number. I called and spoke to Crystal and let her know I would need to schedule pickup of the 2 items because my work hours had been cut and I can no longer afford the payments but I will make the late payment I owe this coming Wednesday when I get my paycheck. She said ok take pictures of the stuff so we see no damages and I will call you back to schedule pickup. Ok great, thank you I said and we hung up. I then received an alert from the bank of the card I deleted on Aaron's website saying money was taken out of my account for EZpay with Aaron's. I went to the website and verified I did not have any card information on there which I did not. Then I receive an email from that location saying thank you for your EZ payment. Here the manager of this location decided he would take my old card number that I had deleted from EZpay and make a payment without my consent. Now my bank account is negative.
**Both state and federal laws prohibit unauthorized withdrawals from being taken from your bank account or charges made to your credit card without your express consent having first been obtained for that to occur.**

By far the laziest movers known to man, the white guy with long hair and the Mexican with white curly hair are by far the laziest workers known to man. I ordered a couch about a month ago the couch just came in today and they weren’t here for more than 10 minutes they said that they couldn’t bring my couches up 5 flights of stairs which is okay I understand so I told them I will do it they couldn’t leave the couch to me because it went “against “ company policy which makes no sense because I’m the one who’s paying for the couches. I called the store manager as I was on the phone they had left in a rush. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Aaron’s I believe that they should hire real movers because the guys off of Craigslist isn’t working. Will never deal with Aaron’s again

By far the WORST rent to own furniture company I’ve ever dealt with ! I previously use to get things from rent a center and they’re so amazing, but because I was looking for something specific I went into Aaron… I get paid bi weekly and they don’t seem to understand that, not that is there responsibility to care but their not good with communication or customer service whats so ever !! My payment was due the 2nd, today is the 9th and they came up to my house because I miss the payment that they CLEARLY KNEW I was going to miss because of the way I get paid. I’ve stated over and over the days I get paid and they want to come and charge me a 25 dollar fee for 1 weeks late payment and for sending someone that they didn’t need to just to retrieve the payment you guys are stealing peoples money the items I got from Aaron’s were previously used and I’m paying 2000 dollars and I recently found out It was actually worth 999.99. Someone need to investigate this company because THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE making you pay double the price when it wasn’t ever NEW to begin with… Another issue I’ve been having is that they get a hold of family members that weren’t even listed as a contact they harass me with 5-7 calls a day. They called my sister who has no idea how they got her number and we’re harassing her saying that she needs to stop lying about knowing my where abouts if it wasn’t because I’m almost done paying them off and I know I will not get refund for a my payment I WOULD NEVER EVEN STEP A FOOT THERE AGAIN. You guys suck tremendously

This is by FAR the worst aarons I have EVER dealt with. The first time we missed a payment by not even 24 hours they blew up not only my phone but my husband's phone 8 times each. The next time same situation but they sent someone out to retrieve our items plus BLOCKED my husband in the driveway and then proceeded to follow him on the road and almost running him off the road. Now they are searching for family members who we never authorized contact with or gave them contact information for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! Next step is a harassment law suit.

Ray is the man. The guy is prompt, courteous, and respectful. I ordered my furniture online and had it delivered within 48 hours. Extremely happy with the furniture and the customer service that Ray delivered. Excellent satisfaction. Dave

Used to be great. Terrible record keeping, terrible communication. I tried to give them a 2nd chance and they cancelled my order without telling me. When I called to inquire, I was informed by the store manager that he cancelled my order because I owe them money from a previous lease, which is absolutely not true. No worries. I took my business elsewhere.

Just moved in the area was bed shopping. Walked in found what I wanted. 2 weeks ago assumed it was being ordered get a call today saying nothings been ordered yet and that will be at least 8 weeks. Employees have no clue how to work the new system no fault of their own someone should be training them. First and last experience with Aarons.
