Joey was truly phenomenal! I called about the Hammer NU BLUE ball that just came out, that no one had in stock. It is a 2 1/2 hour drive one way to get to his shop. He said he would have one by the time I got there. Sure enough he did. He even drilled it for me while I waited. He went above and beyond to get another lifelong customer. Well worth the 5 hour round trip.A true professional who really cares! GO SEE JOEY!!!

I just purchased a bowling ball, bag and shoe package at the AMF Brookgate Lanes Pro Shop. Joey provided exceptional service. He was extremely knowledgable, professional, warm and has a great sense of humor. He made the whole process a pleasure!

I always love working with this pro-shop. I have 5 balls and they have drilled all of them perfectly. I would recommend giving them a try if you are in the market for a new ball or shoes.

Joe was great, first time getting a new ball, bag and shoes for league. I was able to get the ball the same day and drilled in about 20 mins. Great service, these guys actually care.

I wanna start by saying that Joe was the friendliest, knowledgeable, and professional person I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with at any pro shop. I stopped in to have a new bowling ball fitted and drilled and he treated it with urgency and respect. Within about 20 minutes, he had measured and drilled the ball and it was perfect. In addition, I had mentioned off hand that I had an older ball that had been damage due to living in a garage and Joe told me to bring it in and he'd look at it. After seeing it for a minute he assured me he could get it repaired and looking like new. I left it overnight and sure enough you can't even tell there was any damage to it. Incredible service, great pricing. I will absolutely be back and this will always be my go to pro shop.

Picked up bowling for the first time in decades. Staff was very patient with the one million questions I asked them and made sure I landed in the correct equipment. Even came back for adjustments to make it just right with no problem. They are great highly recommend
