Brook Park Recreation Center is a nice place that does much for the community, offering affordable and fun activities. It features a great water park for kids, like a fancy splash pad with a slide and shallow water, which is an amazing destination for children. The facility includes a snack bar, a track, and new workout equipment, though the place is old and needs updating, with the indoor pool closed. The staff and lifeguards are friendly, nice, and helpful, making it a very reasonably priced and enjoyable spot for families.
I do Silver Sneakers with Olga. It's an all-around exercise class for seniors. She explains what she is doing, and is very knowledgeable about anatomy. It's fun and she knows everyone's name. Try it...you'll like it!

Brought my grandma to a Sliver Sneakers class, Olga the instructor was fun, upbeat, and had a great music playlist for the class. She was able to modify exercises if needed. Would definitely recommend her class to anyone!
