My mom recently experienced an attempted theft of her vehicle and was guided to go to Caliber Collision as it was the closest to her. My mom was so extremely satisfied by the work they did to her vehicle. There was no trace that the car had ever experienced and attempted theft as they ensured that no trace was left. Both interior and exterior were attended to and my mom couldn’t stop raving about her better than new vehicle. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Please be cautious..once you drive your car off caliber's lot they will no longer help you. I had rear end work on my car and after I drove it for a few days the back speakers started shorting out. When I called caliber about it. They told me they never touched anything electrical and that it was happening because my car was older. Even though my speakers were fine before they worked on my car. Also on the broken down estimate they gave me..it showed that they replaced or removed electrical items out of the back end of my car.It is really a shame that they could not just look at it and correct the loose connection. What awful customer service!
So please if you get any work done there check your car thoroughly before you drive off there lot. I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Caliber. They took care of my tow and my rental return as well. Car runs and looks great. They even did a professional detail inside. After this great experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
