Four CNG pumps and only one working as of September 5th 2025. Small fill nozzle only. Took three transactions with my CleanEnergy card to get a 3200 psi fill (80 degree day). Compressor never did kick on. Honestly, I'm surprised this CNG station is still opened.

Only two drivers in duty in the early morning caused extensive delays in getting picked up and taken to the terminal. I entered the lot at 4:40 am and was not dropped off at the airport until 5:10. I parked here due to the snow storm forecast the following day. What good is covered parking when you risk missing your flight for what normally should be a :05-:10 min max travel time?

Their shuttles are advertised with "ParkPlaceFree.com". The link forwards to their website which has no indication of free parking at all. This kind of advertising is malicious and false and is clearly used to bait customers into viewing the site on false advertising.

The last couple of times using Fast Park has not been a good experience. They do not have enough drivers and you will be stuck at the airport in the cold

We departed CLE on 1/16, the day the snow storm hit. I parked in the middle of the COVERED Parking. Came home on the 21st to find the front/side right half of my truck covered in 1/2 inch thick ice due to a leak in the roof. I sent pictures to the Regional Manager. The car next to me was clean. The attendant offered me 10% off my bill - the rate for "uncovered parking" which I refused. The response I received from the Regional Manager was this, "I do apologize for the unfortunate weather. Yes, we are covered but we are not an enclosed parking facility. The bad weather does still affect us. The 10% off that you received is cheaper than our uncovered facility Park Place." I'm not sure if the Manager didn't understand the situation or didn't really care when she blamed the weather. In either case, she failed. I won't be parking at FastPark CLE ever again. I'm tired of businesses charging you money for a service and failing to live up to their responsibility.

We parked here over Christmas. It's under cover so if it snows you won't have to scrape the window when you get home. The shuttle drivers are kind and cheerful. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Great service, the shuttle literally picks you up at your car and on return drops you off at your car. I accidentally forgot my wallet in my car and had to have the driver go back, he was completely understanding.

This was the most streamlined parking experience that I've had. I also accidentally left lights on in my car, draining the battery--and they provided a very quick jumpstart!!! Super grateful to have found this place and will definitely use it again!!!

I have been a member of Airport Fast Park since 2016. I usually have nothing but great things to say about the company until that is when the driver broke my suitcase trying to get it off the shuttle. An older gentleman, as he tripped over the suitcase, we both heard it crack. He had the nerve to blame me for the fact that he couldn't handle the weight by sayin "well, what you got in here"? As he put the broken suitcase in my trunk, he proceeded to get back in the shuttle and drive away after I told him he had broken my suitcase. I drove to the front and spoke to the manager Marie Faragone who statEd she would file a complaint. A few days later I received a letter from them stating they have no proof of wrongdoing. So now, not only am I out of a suitcase that I love, I dont trust this company. It's not the money but the principal. You damage something, you should pay for it. Very disappointed.

I paid $11.50 per day for covered parking. When I arrived, I was directed to the uncovered "blue" lot, despite the fact that there were open parking spots in the covered portion of the parking lot. I made my reservation online the morning of my flight, but my reservation was still not honored. Be careful dealing with Fast Park - you may not get what you pay for!

The name may be Fast Park but the shuttle service is anything but fast. It's not unusual to wait 10 or 15 minutes for a shuttle at the airport and watch as several of the competitors have multiple shuttles driving by. Today was a 20-minute wait in 34 degree weather. Service has definitely deteriorated over the last couple years.
