Just left as I decided to do some Black Friday Shopping. Short, short haired blonde girl cashier was RUDE. Receipt says her name was FELIX. Throwing stuff on the counter after typing in the price. I ask her for a box. She said she doesn’t know and would check. Came back and sat the box on the counter without assisting me as I just purchased about $50 worth of stuff. Fairview Park location has friendlier, willing staff. DO BETTER.

Love this thrift store!!! They have a great selection and the prices are overall very good. Especially with the daily sales they have. The staff is always kind and the store is always impressively organized.

I used to love shopping here. It was cute and reasonably priced. Went in today and found a small pair of cropped, Lululemon leggings from 2021 marked at a price of $70.
You are saying that you price items fairly and at current market value but who are you selling to? It's reading more like greed, even with your daily deals and frequent sales.
I left it at two stars because the employees that work there are always nice and pleasant.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time at this location that i was not charged properly when they had a sale going on. Sleepwear for women is $3. It is a Thursday, so all clothing is 1/2 off. Why am I charged the $3 on all sleepwear, but 1, I am charged $10 ( everything i had was womens). The employees do not pay attention and are too busy talking. Of course, I didn't notice until I got home.

Make sure before you leave that they didn't overcharge because sometimes the employees read the tags too fast and input the incorrect amount. I've been overcharged at both locations, this location more recently. Also not sure why the employees like to talk badly about customers IN FRONT of other customers. Save it for when no one else is around or when you're in the backroom or something. I understand getting annoyed (I've worked retail for almost 15 years) but it comes off as rude and makes me not wanna shop there.
