I was here on June 8 2024 at approximately 5:45 pm. The cashier woman was extremely rude, a younger woman with glasses that had an attitude with me multiple times from the beginning. Overall she made it just a horrible experience at check out. I don’t understand why these workers continue to have attitudes with paying customers that are coming to Dollar General to spend their hard earned money. This is unacceptable and if corporate values their customers, I highly recommend checking the workers attitudes, especially this one.

Understaffed. Manager told me it's just her and an older lady. Well, I feel for her, I do. But when I spend my time shopping, and then I stand at the register calling for someone to check me out, I expect someone to come check me out. I left empty handed, an hour wasted. Please get this store some help or just close it!

There's an older lady who works there who doesn't know what she's doing and is rude.I tried to reload a prepaid card and she said that they don't do that. Then when I (the customer) had explained to her how to do it she then said I couldn't used a debit card to reload it. She creates her own rules because she doesn't understand how something works.I left and went to a different Dollar General with a more friendly and competent staff who let me do the reload with no issues. I know staffing is hard right now but please use a little more discernment when hiring people.
