I’ve transferred all my prescriptions here from CVS on Ridge in Parma. I have been to the pharmacy here a few times now and have never had any problems. My prescriptions have been ready in a timely manner and the pharmacy staff is always friendly/helpful. I have also called here a few times and they pharmacy staff gives the same great customer service over the phone as in person.
I have only shopped the main store twice now for a few items I was out of, not a full grocery list. I’m not as familiar with this location as the Giant Eagles in Parma. This location is organized way different and the isles are angled a weird way. I’m not sure that I like it. It could be to that I’m just not used to the set up. The workers at the front end were friendly both times I shopped and efficient.

Closing the self checkout hours before the store closes cause unnecessary and ridiculously long wait times for people to be able to check out.

I came at 745am on Mothers Day. The gentleman that was the butchers this morning was so,so kind. I want a beef roast. Kudos to him. Thank you young man for being so kind. You are the best 👌

This place is price gauging the people so bad highest prices around when you buy lunch meat why is it so wet I go out of my way not to shop there I believe they hold back things just so they can raise the price

Just go to another location. The scanners and deli associates here are as dependable as a McDonald's ice cream machine. The staff regularly complain out loud to customers about working and just wanting to go home. It is just unpleasant

I refuse to believe that at this day and age there is still racism specially at a public place like a supermarket. I went to buy a cake for a birthday and I was completely ignored yet 1 min. later a caucasian gentleman stand about six feet from me and the lady in the back table filling cupcake trays come to his aid and when done went back to the cupcake trays totally ignoring me. Thank you for erasing my faith in freedom and equality Giant eagle do better.

Gorgeous store; nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The only setback, possibly personal, of course, is the price being a little bit higher than all the other ones I have been at.

Okay so you get rid of all your employees that would ring customers out and switch to self checkout, okay, I’m on board with that, whatever. But WHY ON GODS GREEN EARTH DO YOU ONLY HAVE ONE SELF CHECKOUT AND ONE REGULAR REGISTER OPEN THE DAY BEFORE THE FOURTH OF JULY?
Quite possibly the most idiotic thing I’ve ever suffered through. My 5 minute trip is now 45 minutes because I’m 12th in line because for LITERALLY NO REASON, you don’t allow self checkout. I am buying five things. And I’m behind two people who have OVERFLOWING carts.
This will be my last trip to this location, and likely giant eagle in general. It’s the same garbage you can get anywhere else just more expensive. Oh, and when I go to other grocery stores who have completely gotten rid of all their staff, they actually HAVE SELF CHECK OUT AISLES UP AND RUNNING.
This place is a joke. Don’t shop here. Complete garbage. I’ll never be back. Would be zero stars if I could. Idk if it’s the locations decision or corporate to determine how many registers are open and when, but whoever it is should be fired and exiled from society.
