Not professional at all, they gave me appointment on Sunday, I call them an hour ago prior to leaving my house and they confirmed I had an appointment- I received message from them to confirm an appointment.I drove an hour to the office and they said no one working today(on Sunday).What a waste of time on weekend,they have to let me know in advance about rescheduling.I’m very disappointed, never doing my tax filing with them specifically in this location.

This was my first time going to H&R for my taxes and i don't think ill ever go anywhere else again. Everyone was just super nice and super helpful and made me feel very comfortable.
