Very pleased with the service we received from Josh Watkins. He was very thorough and patient with us. He showed several models and was very respectful of our budget. After the several test drives before purchasing the car, he took us on a final safety check where he drove the car to show us all the inside particulars. Overall made a potentially stressful decision enjoyable. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Set up an appointment to test drive a used Highlander and when we arrived the sales guy, Kareem, said that particular car could not be shown because someone put a deposit on it. He said he sent us a text message about it but there was also a confirmation text sent after that for our appointment that was sent. He told us that it was an automated text, so basically claimed it was not their fault. Didn’t bother to call us to let us know not to come. We wasted two hours round trip. Staff was also not very welcoming when we walked in the dealership. We won’t be back.

Walked in and was greeted by Ken, he was wonderful at meeting a middle ground on pricing with worked best with me.
Would recommend him when trying to find a new car, but man there was some sticker shock. But Ken was very good at explaining and finding a great deal at we were both happy with at the end of the day.

was looking at a car I liked but decided to not come in after so many reviews indicating fraud from dealership. They gave some lady a different car from whats on the papers. That is illegal and scary

Agreed to buy a 2024 Toyota Tundra via the website and conversations, texts, etc. with Mike on their sales staff. He assured me the truck was in basically new condition, which isn't hard to believe because it had 5,000 miles on it. I flew to Cleveland based on his assurance that the truck was good. When I got there I noticed a pry mark on the window trim. I told him it looked like it had been broken into. He assured me it hadn't. I drove it home, and dropped something under the seat, when I went to get it, I found shards of glass under the seat, that had been missed by the detail guys. So, they definitely knew the car had been broken into and lied. I called and explained that and they just continued to deny it. Fine, not the end of the world, fast forward a year and a half and that window regulator went bad. I called them to get reimbursed for the replacement cost and they said no and have been absolutely no help.
Just do the right thing. It's not that hard.

Great personnel, I went into trade in my 2024 Corolla, and staff was so helpful made me feel comfortable, took time to explain everything and made it easy to go home in a 2026 Corolla Hybrid. Being a senior citizen, I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends.

to start John Johnson is just the name of my Google account so that victory is not confused that that is the person who bought the car.. when I purchased my car I was told that car doc came along with my car... then I was sold an extended warranty and then I was sold gap insurance. I canceled the gap insurance and the extended warranty... when I purchased the car I was told that the car doc is tire rotations oil changes and also a service that find your car if it's stolen. I was told it came with the purchase price of the car... which was a lie the car doc was actually extra. the only thing that come with the price of the car was the GPS location if it's stolen. I don't appreciate being lied to I don't like dishonesty I put $12,000 cash down on this car purchase price was $17,000. I was financed through Toyota financial. at a ridiculous interest rate... I brought the car back 6 months later to see if I could trade it in on something smaller... and they told me they could give me $7,000 for my car because that's all it's worth..... the whole process is just shady,. and I would never shop there again I would definitely never recommend it to any of my friends or family.... buyer beware be very careful that the double talking salesman don't get you to....

I recently bought a 4Runner and worked with Kara. She was fantastic! She was not pushy and had everything ready for me when the car arrived. She answered all my questions and I wasn't at the dealership for hours, I was there for maybe and hour and a half tops. Great customer service all around and would highly recommend!
