I recommend Jim G to my family and friends when it comes to Toyota. I’ve had a smooth experience each time and everything is explained through the decision-making process. Making me more comfortable with the decisions I make along the way. No games and straight to the point. I shopped around at other dealers to see how my experience would compare. The others don’t compare to Metro Toyota. I recommend anyone who is in the market for a Toyota to just go to Metro and save yourself the time and headace. I have no regrets and I’m sure you won’t either.

Purchased a used Highlander from them a week or so back. Aaron was great to deal with, no surprises when I picked it up and condition was as advertised. Highly Recommend this dealership!!

I was lucky enough to get a 2023 GR Corolla from Metro! They were more than fair on the price even with demand being high due to Toyota only manufacturing 1500 units. Showroom was very clean and inviting. The delivery area was indoors and set up so I could view the vehicle and get a walkthrough with ease. Awesome group to work with! Jeremy and the crew will take care of you.

I took my car in almost two weeks ago for repair. Parts were needed and I was told it would be a day or two for the parts to come in. After waiting eight days I called the service tech, Mike to ask about the parts. I was transferred to him and got Sue's voice mail. I hung up and called back and got the general voice mailbox. I'm not going to beg anyone to take my money so I went to a local gas station for the repair.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! I live 2.5 hrs away so we did a great deal, very quickly, over the phone with Chad Higgins, Manager. He was so respectable to what we had to say and the price we presented. We got a wonderful price and we put our reserve money down. Our 4runner was in transit so we had a great experience with Ken Konopka, our product Specialists, he helped us with any info we needed and kept us up to date on where our 4runner was in the delivery phase. The 4runner was delivered 2 weeks early, I picked it up on Saturday Nov 4th! We also had a wonderful experience with the Finance dept, Ryan Schneider. He had a great personality and did not push us to purchase anything we did not want. Metro Toyota is a genuine car dealership that gets the job done quickly, very respectful and is very fair and open to great pricing! I absolutely love my Lunar Rock 4runner! Thank you so much!!

What a wonderful dealership. Used car salesman Mike, came in on his day off and was knowledgeable about the Toyota product line. He made everything simple and made me feel good about my selection. The new salesman, Tony, offered pizza and product knowledge of new cars and trucks, and had nothing he was getting on this purchase on this day. Owner Barry, came in with business knowledge and personality to relax the process and make me feel as a member of the Metro Toyota family. What about Bob? Bob was the finance person that knew his products, but utlized his personality to make me feel comfortable about spending money. A true great organization from top to bottom.

What a great place to do business. Fair and easy to get it done quickly. Barry has sold me 6 cars over the years and I will continue to buy from Metro. Every time I go in I meet new family members as time goes on. Truly a family business. Ryan also did a great job with all the paperwork. Fast and Efficient! Justin S, the salesperson I worked with was incredibly helpful and the manager was very friendly as well. Great communication and I felt confident in buying a car from them. No pressure, fully refundable deposit, happy to answer any question. Unfortunately the new car I wanted wasn’t available for a bit longer than I could wait, so I ended up getting my deposit back. Zero issue with that and the sales manager I spoke to made sure to see if anything negative happened. I’d definitely come back to purchase a car in the future!

I was asked to pose for a picture after purchasing a new car. I declined, twice.Not only was a picture covertly taken of me - without my consent! - it was later emailed to me. Why is this even relevant?Unfortunately, that bit of subterfuge is what I’ll remember most about my experience.

I bought a pretty limited car from this dealership; it is a GR Corolla which, unfortunately, is being sold with huge markups at many other dealerships.Fortunately, over a year after placing my deposit, I was able to purchase this car at MSRP. The process was very smooth, and they did a good job of communicating with me and meeting my requests (I just asked that they don't wash the car.)Metro Toyota will definitely be my first stop if I buy a new Toyota in the future.Big thanks to Metro Toyota and Tony.

Just ordered some floor mats online from the service department. Jesse was fantastic to deal with. Even though there were some problems with the web app’s front end applying the promo code to the shipping, he immediately identified it, worked with Toyota directly and resolved any issues in a very efficient and pleasant manner. Highly recommend working with them. Barry was also a great point of contact as well. Truly exceptional service!

I have to say, this was probably the worst experience I have had ever purchasing/leasing a new car. It had nothing to do with Brandon the salesman, he was great. It was the overall experience when it came to the numbers for the lease. After waiting 10 months for my order to come in, I was told one thing one day on a 48 month lease, and the next day when I came back to finish things up, the deal had changed. They told me Toyota doesnt like to do 48 month leases, so in order to get the same deal that was quoted me the day before I would have to put down an additional $1400 on top of the $3000 that I already had put down. To not put anymore money down, I would have to go into the 36 month lease but my payment would be $23 a month higher. What was worse is the Finance folks and the Sales Manager could have cared less about my argument and wouldnt even make it right or offer a better deal. Its basically this is what Toyota says, take it or leave it. And their attitude is if you dont like it and dont want the vehicle, no skin off their nose because there is someone right behind you that will take it. So, for my experience....this is the FIRST AND LAST Toyota I will purchase and defiantly the last purchase I will make from this Dealership. Again, not the salesman Brandon's fault at all. I felt bad for him having to tell me after they told him about the change. Dirty Pool !

On my wife & I's 4th vehicle from Metro (2001 Highlander, 2007 Rav4, 2018 4Runner, and 2021 Tacoma). Every purchase has been seamless and incredible. Tony & Ken are great in sales, Dom & Scott are amazing in service. Can't speak highly enough about this dealer and their customer service. Absolutely fantastic people to work with!!!
