I have never dealt with such incompetence at a bank before. I had my name added to an account and was told numerous times that it was all set and there were no issues. Then after writing 2 checks that were returned, I come to find out that my name was never added to the account. So I had a returned check fee ($25) and then had to re-issue a check and stop payment on the first. Then a month later, PNC Bank decides to charge me $33.00 for a service fee to stop the first check! It took over 10 calls and hours of my time to get everything resolved. Highly recommend avoiding!

Worst Branch Manager I've ever met with and I've been banking with PNC all over the country for over 10 years. The gentleman they have as the Branch Manager here lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to listen or lead by example. He talks right over you as a customer and can't recall any details you've shared, nor does he think they are important, because the customer is always wrong in his mind. This mindset is contagious and what this branch is left with is a bunch of employees that do not know how to problem solve, who refuse to put the customers first. PNC Bank is now exploiting it's hard working customers and so I doubt I'll continue to bank with them for the next 10+ years.

The worst of the worst, especially the higher up Erland and the clueless and incapable ladies they work here. Customer Service here sucks. Steer clear of this crap hole branch.
