I ordered online and I get there to pick upy order to find out that that toaster oven is broken and has been for a long time. I should have been contacted to have been told. Who wants a rotisserie chicken sub cold.

What a wasted trip. Apparently they can't keep a working toaster at this Subway so unless you want cold subs I'd recommend going somewhere else.

There is no customer service at this location. The staff can’t even be bothered to wash their hands and put on new gloves after touching the register. Wouldn’t be surprised if someone ends up sick from this place.

This is the worse subway I have ever been to. The staff on Friday night were extremely rude!! They were too busy goofing off instead of waiting on customers! They both had attitudes because I had a coupon to use and went in to a long speech about making sure it’s not expired…then went on to take a online order that came in after I was standing in line waiting and filled that order before finishing mine!! Horrible customer service and definitely will not be back!!

I work until 6pm I called this location at 6:05 and they told me they couldn’t take the order over the phone. Okay no problem I put the order in online. At 6:15 and the money was taken out at 6:16 from my account. My wife and I finished our running and were on our way to grab the 6 sandwiches for our family and then the same guy who told me he couldn’t take the order over the phone then calls me and tells me they can’t make the order. Like seriously you can take the money but not the order and then wait until literally 10 minutes until the order was to be picked up. This is absolutely ridiculous. The rudeness of the guy and the lady was unacceptable.

Order 2 sandwichs open the first one not toutes and just à mess lack of pride I also was the only person in location Order online 10 minutes beforz I arrivée had to waiting for them to start my food took 15 min come on guys be à little better an have clean close

Someone named Skylar was one of the worst employees I've seen, over the past 2 weeks she has messed up every order I get, instead of making more meat balls she throws a fit and doesn't make them, or I online order and ask for MVP vinigrette and she doesn't give me it and says that the Italian is the same thing.

I was waiting in line like the rest of the customers, and once it was another guys turn, the worker told him to go to the back of the line because he had 5 subs to order. He waited in line like the rest of us and was made to go to the back, I think it was totally rude and uncalled for. Next customer should be the next customer. They need to hire better staff and/or teach their staff how to be polite and how to make subs faster if that was the issue, which I don't see what else it could have been other than them knowing they worked slow. Won't be coming back.

Took the worker 25 minutes to make 4 subs. Got them home hardly no meat and so much mayo that the 3 minute drive home had all of the subs completely soggy.

Molly is an exceptional sandwich artist! She assissted 15 customers during lunch hour...by herself. She is always kind and attentive to customers.

The nicest young lady made my subs today around 2pm. She was far and away THE nicest person that I've ever met at a subway or any fast food for that matter. Offered to pack up some toppings for the sandwich incase my wife wanted them. My only regret is that I didn't get her name. She was absolutely awesome! If I had a business I would hire her in a minute. GREAT JOB!

Very small shop. Usually understaffed so there can be long wants. Food is typical Subway. Pre portioned and prepared. But there I'd variety.

Food was good and fresh. I arrived when first opened and very busy. The young girls working were very friendly. The owner or district manager woman was not so pleasant. While one of the young ladies was waiting on me she constantly kept interrupting me whilst I was telling the girl what I wanted on my bread. Yelling at this girl for stupid things. Like the music was too loud (and she turns it off ) or they forgot to turn on the open sign even though 15 customers rushed inside all famished at once. This owner/manager ladythen goes to leave and walks right past the open sign hanging right there, looks at it, looks at the employee mutters something and walks straight out the door without turning it on. If it was such a big deal that you had to stop my sandwich making for, to reprimand an employee in front of customers for, then why not flip that little switch on your way out? I felt sorry for the snow cone colored hair employee.Could be why a huge Now Hiring Immediately sign hangs under the Closed sign.
