Charges $2.75 for a free drop off service. Violates UPS policy charging for a UPS shipping outlet where they did not assist in packaging. Will be reporting to corporate.

I've had necklaces and chains break multiple times from my little ones grabbing them and breaking them and I take them to the village goldsmith he's super fast and does excellent work and the prices to fix jewelry are in beatable love this place super friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable about jewelry repair thanks again for all the fantastic work.

I ended up having to purchase a box from the store even though they just told me I needed the code and to go to an actual store. Box cost me $15!!!

Wanted to charge $2.75 to send a pre-paid package. I'm not going to pay extra to send a package because she has to carry it 4 steps. That's weird.

Friendly staff but they charge a fee to ship stuff out even with a prepaid label, which turned me away completely.

There's a charge to send out a package, even if you already have a paid label on it. May be close by, but I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes and not get charged.

Very poor place to deal with. Had a package shipped there and before even considering to contact me the refused deliver said they didn't order it and when I finally got a phone call back the guy was very rude and not talking to me in a nice time at all. Telling how this works and how I don't know lol never bring any business back there again cost a lot of money for them to do that and it came out of my pocket not there's. Maybe this place should consider changing there title on ups web site since it's not what they say it is and how it's meant to work very good place to get scammed from.
