“Friendly and knowledgeable workers, clean and organized store, great prices, glad to see a store that hasn't raised their prices, and I will continue to choose Dollar tree over other stores because of that. Covid restrictions in place”
“This was always my quick go-to place, but now they remodeled, and it is even better! I must not have been there in a while because I was really surprised at the changes! The refrigerators are all new, and they completely changed the store layout! They also added a self checkout which will be nice when the place gets busy.”

“Wow I'm impressed with how organized and clean this store is. A few weeks ago I went into Dollar General down the road and that place was a mess. This Family Dollar was refreshing and I was excited at how easy it was to walk down the aisles. The shelves were stocked and even stocked with things you wouldn't find in normal dollar stores. They just had more variety. The cashier was nice too. I will return here when I need a dollar store. My only complaint is there was a lot of things on the shelves that didn't have price tags.”
“About a year and a half ago, my husband and I were friendly with everyone who worked there. Now that this store has been closed due to the fire last year, we most likely know no one. If that’s the case, we’ll go to Austintown, even though we’re local to this particular store. The opening soon sign has been posted for quite a while with no actual opening in sight. It would be nice to know what’s going on”

“We stopped to see if they had small artificial daisies for a project. They did have artificial flowers but not what we were looking for.This is a nice clean well kept store with a large variety of items to choose from. Some are their brand and some things they do offer the big brand names. It's easy to get to right on 422 on the Pennsylvania/Ohio line.”

“When I walked in, Caite was stocking shelves around 12 today, she greeted me, asked me if there was anything she could help me find! I explained what I was looking for and she showed me where it was. I’ve always had people point me in the direction of where the item was. But she took the time to stop what she was doing and show me! She was so helpful and kind with everything! I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on! Best customer service I’ve gotten at a DG!”
“Store was neat and orderly. Items weren't just thrown on shelf and no boxes blocking isles unlike the Hermitage store. A lot of great selection easy to what your looking for. Great store to shop in. Friendly cashiers. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of plenty of space to park. I very much recommend this Dollar Tree location.”

I didn't get followed around like I was a criminal it was a peaceful enjoyable shopping experience. I should have went there instead of Walmart. There wasn't a crowd or long lines to stand and wait”
“I stopped shopping here about a year ago, it was just dirty cramped, and the workers were always standing around doing nothing. I recently started shopping there again because the manager that’s there now seems to have everybody on track. The store is CLEAN, shelves stocked and if you ask for help form the manager she actually comes to help unlike management before.”

“I had such a lovely experience at Dollar General thanks to Salem! I was wandering the aisles, trying to figure out what I needed for a last-minute dinner (grandkids decided to stop in on me last minute ha!) when I realized I’d forgotten my reading glasses in the car. This lovely young lady came right up and asked if I needed help, and let me tell you, she was a lifesaver! So kind and patient, she helped me find everything on my list. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days.”
